It went very well. The owner (Keith Goff) was on site every day and kept us well informed of progress. There were a few problems with some of his sub contractors, but Keith corrected those problems to our satisfaction. He does extremely high quality work and he is very conscientious and maintains a very neat work place. He backs his work, he has come back on a few occasions to fix any problems that need addressing without additional charges. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again for future projects.

Description of Work: QC construction had to jackhammer out the foundation where plumbing was in a closet so I could have a washer and dryer moved in. The framing also needed to be reconstructed to fit the washer and dryer along with support beams for the upstairs landing and sub floor. All work was very professionally completed, and all personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and on time!

The new business card has address as 8780-19th street, Ste 403, Alta Loma 91701 and not Rancho Cucamonga. I don't know if that makes a difference. Contractor opened up damaged wall and diagnosed pinhole leak in valve of new shower fixture at a shower option. He had original plumber solder and seal the fixture, pipes, and valves. contractor arranged for fans to dry out the area. Lastly, the drywall will be mounted and sealed and primed,. Contractor did not hesitate to investigate and to get proper fix done even though he is busy with another job. Very honorable and guarantees his work. We were fortunate it was a pinhole leak and the contractor has always been in touch. He can be trusted to do a good job.
Description of Work: Owner came out and opened up damaged wall and diagnosed a pinhole leak and arranged for plumber to fix it. No cost to homeowner because this is out of the guaranteed quality work.

The original contractor was in the midst of another job but as he says, and quot;he stands behind his workand quot; so he came to see the damage to the wall, decided to open up the wall. After finding the pinhole leak on one of the shower options, he arranged to have the original plumber come and fix it. The contractor arranged to have the entire area dried with large fans and will replace the drywall. I elected not to have the repainting done since we are still removing 4 years of work junk from the room. There was no damage to the shower and the plumber retightened and sealed the fixtures. This contractor is an honest upstanding worker and there was never a question of evasion of responsibility. He worked very hard to take care of the problem. He is capable of understanding high end fixtures and his advice has been very sound on how to put the right look together.
Description of Work: the wall behind the new remodel began to show some damage. I called the contractor and I called the HazMat associate and they arranged to take the wall down and take a look in the wall. It was discovered that there was a pinhole leak when the valve of the shower was turned a certain way. The plumber who did the work was summoned and he resoldered the valve. The contractor arranged to have large fans to completely dry out the wall and he checked the baseboards and the floor for damage.

The estimates were received and we went with QC construction's Keith Goff. He measured and fabricated the 8 cabinet doors. Keith always calls and schedules the appointment. He is punctual or he calls. It took two days to get the doors done. He put on new knobs, latches and hinges. We did have some problems with two of the doors not closing flush to the frame. We called Keith to come and see. He came in hours and worked the rest of the day to fix the problem. He encourages customers to call if something is not done to their satisfaction. We are very satisfied and his prices are fair.
Description of Work: The job entailed replacing 8 cabinet doors for the built-in cabinets. I put the job out for bid to three companies. Ultimately I ended up with the same contractor who did my master bathroom renovation. The doors were badly warped and didn't even close. One of the vendors didn't even come out to give me an estimate but we did the estimate electronically. Keith Goff, came out, gave me an estimate and took measurements. We painted the doors but the building and installation work was done by the contractor. We noticed a problem and called keith and he came promptly at his first opening and spent a half day fixing the problem. We are satisfied customers with clean new cabinet doors.

Keith was referred by a stranger who vouched for his abilities as a contractor. He readily provided references and a written bid. Keith had to approach us because the lead removal service requested asbestos testing which costs extra money. He is very upfront about matters that might impede the flow of the work. We had no reservations about getting the lead testing company to do the asbestos testing too.His subcontractors were professional and so far everything has been working well. Keith keeps the premises clear of empty boxes and very organized. Other than a glitch with the original countertop provider that warranted a search for a replacement, the project has been moving along well. When the frameless shower is installed we should be close to done. We are more than happy with the project and the very hands on approach of Keith Goff. There is a sparkle to the countertop with the inset art strip glass decor. The sleek and modern fixtures for towels, toilet rolls, and door. There are three colors: a light green for the ceiling, light gray for the walls, and a hydrangea lavender for the feature wall surrounding the door. The lighter colors help keep the small bathroom looking light and airy. The frame less shower provided through All Glass is beautiful and the extra towel bar is working wonderfully. Keith Goff helped discuss all the various options when putting the room together and overall the project was actually fun because early on I could tell it would be very pleasing. We have had compliments galore and when family stays over to use the facility, they say it's like a fancy hotel. It will give us years of use and pleasure. Keith came in on budget and made sure the work was done right.
Description of Work: Provision of written bid after discussion of scope of work, and job division. There will be some done by outside contractors.Keith will manage the job and communicate with owner. Keith scheduled inspections, contacted the subcontractors including the owner's subcontractors and worked with them for the project. The job was delayed because the owner's countertop man was not working out and a new one had to found in the middle of the time to get the countertop on or the tile workers needed the space. The bathroom was not expanded but the fixtures were replaced and a new second sink secured. The project will finish when the shower door is put in. Update: The shower door company was wonderful. The glass has the extra treatment that I requested and it is working beautifully. The pivot door is working wonderfully. The electrician put in the lights and the Lutron covers to smooth out the decor. I now have dimmers, a heater and a fan that work very efficiently. The owner's new countertop company placed the 12" x 2" art glass into the Haze quartz countertop as a feature to bling the counter area. Keith fitted the vanity and did the specialty work on the edge to make it look smooth and finished. The bathroom has sleek fixtures for towels, toilet roll and door handle. There is a concealed medicine cabinet. It is finished and very functional. If owners want a contractor who can also do high end work, Keith Goff is your man.

Keith Goff of Q C Construction is a remodeling company that is building on its firm quality first reputation. He is extremely customer friendly, admits mistakes (doesn't try to hide them like the last company we used). I had concerns about the plumbing and he quickly obtained the services of a skilled plumber. We are just past the midway point of the project and it is coming together nicely. Completion is in sight. Cost containment has been managed and Keith is easy to work with.He responds quickly and believes in fixing the problem and not ducking the blame. The recommendations from previous customers was right on the money. We did a very very small bathroom but he was willing to work with us as if we had a much larger project. We would contact him in the future.
Description of Work: Keith Goff interviewed us about our expectations in the remodel. He examined the old bathroom, measured, and arranged for demolition. The abatement company was great and they asked for an asbestos test on some very old floors. We have 1965 ranch and were just remodeling the back bathroom. There was asbestos but Keith found the right company, we paid extra for the test and the removal. Keith has been very responsive and accept responsibility for anything that he is doing. We are very pleased with his professional workmanship. He is a carpenter and jobs manager. He has contact with good companies. He was willing to work with an outside tile man and has scheduled for inspections and work completion. He anticipates glitches and stays pretty much on schedule. He will be coming pretty close to the anticipated completion date. He knows that pricing is a deal breaker and is careful to keep owner informed. We will have a new frameless shower, a new toilet, replacing the linoleum floor with a tile one, and adding a second sink. It will be small but very functional, easy to clean.
