+ -1 moreBUYER BEWARE! After I took the spa panels off and located the leak in my CAL SPA, I called these guys and Dave came out the next day. He removed some foam and located the leak at a jet. He measured the jet and said that it would have to be ordered and could take a week or so. I was charged over $100 for this work that took no more than 15 minutes and was told the fee would apply to the labor in replacing the jet on the next visit. I have had to call him several times only to get the old run around of "I am out of the office and don't know", THE NEXT WEEK IT WAS, I will have to call the supplier and call you back”, THE NEXT WEEK IT WAS, “ It is on back order and am expecting it in a week or so and will get back to you” These parts are available from many sources to me on the internet for about $50 and at this point I will forfeit my service fee and call someone else. Maybe that was their plan all along?? Funny, considering their website brags about fully stocked vans for speedy service of CAL SPA’s. BUYER BEWARE!

+ -1 moreWE ARE DOING A LOT OF BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, AND IN FACT ARE MAKING OUT=R NEW SPA COVER BECAUSE OUR COLLAPSED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH OUR SPA AND IT ENDED UP BEING THE OZONEATER.
