DO NOT hire this company. They did not perform as they promise. Their service technician was not professional and they did not have the knowledge. Their office Manager was very RUDE and unprofessional. Stay away from this company...

PSG was great in their communication with me and the manufacturer. I appreciated their honesty when determining the refrigerator was defective and unrepairable.
Description of Work: The ice maker in my 15 month old refrigerator stopped working. PSG came out to run a diagnostic, figured the circuit board was out. They worked with the manufacturer to obtain a replacement part at no cost. Replacing the circuit board did not fix the problem and the 2nd technician found the ice maker and main line to be unrepairable and defective. I was able to work out a percentage of replacing my refrigerator with the manufacturer.

They replaced the freezer door on my Maytag fridge, that I purchased at Home Depot. There was no communication from them for several weeks, regarding this repair. I am extremely unhappy with this service and will never, never use them again. Nor can I recommend them.
Description of Work: Premier Service Group repairs large appliances.
