Daniel and Luis came to diagnose a leak in the pump motor but made a short order of loosening a stubborn impeller. They replaced some gaskets as well as the filter’s backwash slide assembly. No more puddles of water! I am so pleased with their work and since they are local here in Rancho Cucamonga, I would highly recommend Pool Drip Fix’s services to all my neighbors! It was great, they are on time, figured out the problem, polite, help me figure out how to fix it, they were great.

Daniel and Luis explained everything and gave recommendations based off of situation and not just what profited them or the company. They answered every one of our questions (and there were many) and didn't talk down to us, rush us or act impatient. There quotes came in well below 3 other bids we got for the same work and equipment (by a couple of thousand dollars in two cases) and once the work was completed, the final invoice was for the exact amount as the quote. We were so impressed with their job and professionalism and friendliness that we retained their service for weekly maintenance! After years of dealing with other companies and service techs, we are finally with the right one!

After dealing with another company trying to figure out my leak, I called Pool Drip Fix. They found it, showed me, explained what was going on, gave me a few options to repair and did the job as promised. I have a strong intuition when it comes to phony’s and scammers but I didn’t get that at all. I feel like I could trust the guy. I forgot his name, I think he’s the owner. Thank you for being honest and keeping your word. I finally got to enjoy my pool in my new home.
