Unlike other contractors that I have had the experience with, Mark called me back and up front informed me of his busy schedule. However, he did make time to come to my house to review the scope of the work. I am remodeling a family room and decided to add recessed lighting and a ceiling fan. Mark then informed me that because of his busy schedule, he would more than likely have to do the work during the weekend. When I inquired if the weekend rate was higher than during the week, he said in this case no because that was when he could take care of work. He then set a date, came on the schedule date and on time (he did call me to tell me he would be a little late because he had to pick some additional material). Mark worked on Saturday and then informed that due to unforeseen additional work (cutting thru firewalls, etc.) he would have to returned on Sunday. He returned as scheduled and completed all the work. He then took the time to explain to us in detail his work, how to operate the lighting system and fan, and gave us a complete detailed invoice (which was less than he had originally estimated.) We were so pleased with his work we asked him to return to do additional work on a kitchen circuit. I would highly recommend him.

Mark was wonderful! He was punctual and professional. He explained what he was doing and why. The quality of his work was excellent, and the price was reasonable. I always appreciate it when someone explains things to me, and today I learned a lot about how electricity works. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician.

Mark was very polite and professional both on the phone (to schedule an appointment) and in person (when he was working at my house). He was very knowledgeable, which is great for people who don't know much about electrical issues; if you describe your problem in general terms, he understands your situation. He also clearly and thoroughly explained what he has done and how it works. Mark was also very prompt in returning your phone call and responding to your email inquiries. He usually responded within the same day. He was also very punctual when he came to work. When he says he will come to your home, he will be there! When he is working, he is friendly by explaining what the problem is, what he is doing to fix the problem and how it will work. Mark is also very easy to talk to, so if you have any questions, he will listen to you and help you understand your problems. In addition, he has a very user friendly website.
