Excellent service, Sylvia did an incredible job, she was efficient and thorough. She finished the cleaning over an hour ahead of the quoted time, and even pointed out some areas of repair. Their owner followed up with me and ensured that I knew all of the expectations, and their care shows through. Thank you again, I’m excited to be moving into a clean new apartment!

The owner of the business took the time to personally call me and make corrections to my concerns. She was very helpful and she did everything possible to resolve the issues. I would recommend this service. I had been using them for years.

She used a wax mop to clean my floors. She just used cleaning spray no mop bucket. Cleaning the floors in that manner, left them in sticky condition. Left cleaner and smears on the wall tiles for my tub. Didn't completely scrub out the filth in a few spots in my tub.

This was a major rip-off! I paid $359 and the woman whom they sent cleaned the floors mostly and talked and talked and talked I had to ask her to clean the kitchen counter. When she saw how hefty the bill was she kept insisting on giving me a $20 tip. That was weird but confirmed my conviction that I was ripped off. Since when do maids get $60 an hour? That will be my last visit with them and quite possibly you. Called back and gave a total refund!

There was a cleaning time miscommunication between myself and the office lady, however the issue was resolved accordingly.

The cleaners were good, especially one of the two. However the cost was way to much for me. If the money was divided up between workers it would be $50 an hour each. I do not make that as a teacher with a masters degree.

It was a misunderstanding between lady that called me and office and now it is all taken care of it.
