HLI did pretty good work with trimming the trees, however didn't leave the foliage promised, that would provide shade.

HLI was very prompt. Within 15min. of my request they called. Gave me the quote and scheduled the job saying "we can be there in 2 hours". The whole thing was pleasant & professional. They not only trimmed the trees & did a thorough cleanup, but cleared the roof of all built up leaves. Thanks guys great job😊

Came out same day for an estimate and were onsite the next morning for tree removal. They were quick and even had my neighbors trees done in the time I thought it would take to remove mine.

We paid for root and trunk removal, all they did was shave the trunk about 3 inches. We had to have them continue to shave the trunk down about 5 inches, but no root removal. Other tree removal places we've hired has ground the trunk to powder.

Considering that the company and I were able to come to an agreement is short amount of time was fantastic! The following business day they were onsite performing the job as described, which was also fantastic!

They responded immediately to my call, and not by calling me back either. Since my voice message I left them said I was ready to hire, they sent out their crew boss to make contact and review our job site. He gave us a quote, we accepted and he had his crew onsite within an hour working on our yard clearance, removal of 3 trees and trimming of 4 other trees. Since they started in the middle of the day, and we have a half acre, they returned at 8:00 am the next day and worked until 6:00 pm non-stop until they had cleaned up everything including the stump removal. This team of trained arborists (not just guys with chain saws) and hard working landscape removal workers are quick, efficient and charged a fair price for the amount of work performed. We highly recommend this company.

Good price for the work done. I wish they have taken out some roots that is above the ground. They took the tree stump down to dirt level, but the stump and roots needed to be grinde down to the yard lever which was about another five inches.
