The check I paid with had the Payee altered to another name when it was cashed. Also, my hand held bar-b-que lighter was missing after the crew left. The work was good, the integrity of the company was poor.

Andre did an eccellentt work removing my bushes. On time and cleaned up the area after work completed. Highly recommend, cost reasonable.....nice to do business with Andre.

Too many people. No one was in charge of experience. I only saw the employee, not the man receiving the money.

Still waiting for damages to be paid for. Very costly having HLI trim my trees. Damages to ladders they used, gutter torn off the house, block wall capping broken off.

I asked for a business card of the company and a completed job proposal duly signed off as completed and paid for by personal check, but they left the job site without giving me either of them. I called their office and a recording told me "their answering machine was full and further messages were not possible". So despite a well done job, done on time, and in a very short time, they missed out on customer concerns and relationship.

They were supposed to start at 8:30 AM but didn't get here until after 12:00 and finished today. But they did a great job and cleaned up very well.

My phone rang within 2 minutes of sending my request, they showed up and did the job in more than a timely manner and did a great clean up as well. I highly recommend them and they take credit cards which was a plus.

Made appointment, got a call within an hour, person came to visit 1 hour later. Can't ask for better service than that. They were ready to do job right away. I agreed due to getting price I wanted instead of minimum. My bushes were thinner than I am used to but they will grow back. I am satisfied with the 2 guys that came.
