I would use them again

They did not complete the work they said they would do. Still waiting for a call back to complete the job.

Good job and good clean up

These guys did an awesome job!! They cut down and removed a 40+ foot palm tree and grinded the stump. They also trimmed 8 very over grown palms that hadn't been trimmed in 2-3 years. The crew was quick and efficient. The price was extremely reasonable!! Will use again in the future.

Did not communicate well, as no one in the crew spoke English, and the foreman who did was not on site throughout most of the work. Took tools from my garage without permission to use them because they did not bring enough themselves.

They haven’t finished yet but are performing good so far

I did a review today on Yelp and yesterday I think I did it on Angies List where I got this company. But I am going to review anyway. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with this service. I needed a hill clean up badly. My 98 year old dad lives in Monterey Park and the hill is required to be cleaned up yearly per City ordinance. We had hired someone through Home Advisor who did not follow through and obviously did not do the job after several delays and demanding money up front. When we got the money back from them, I contacted Angies List and actually talked to someone there and this company HLI was recommended among others. I did not realize I had a wrong telephone number on there and so of course no one called me. So in the afternoon there is a knock on the door, and a man is standing there asking if we still needed the service? That man was Martin from HLI and I cannot tell you how impressed I was that he took the extra step to actually come all the way to the house when he could not get a hold of me. Of course I told him absolutely I need the service! I took him to see the project, we worked out a price and he told me they could be there the next morning which I agreed. I was very happy with that, and then less than an hour later oh, another knock on the door and it was Martin again telling me that they could do the job in 45 minutes from that time! I was thrilled! They came, they did the job and the cleanup and were out of my dads house by 5 p.m.! I would use this company definitely again! Thank you Martin!

From start to finish the HLI team were professionals. They showed up on time , introduced themselves, and went right to work. The work they did trimming five of our trees and several hedges was amazing. They got so much game I had to give them a 5 star rating.

Next day service, showed up on time, Courteous, fast, complete clean up, they did great work. I was very impressed. Thank You. Awaiting receipt.

We gave them more money than they were asking. Broke 4 sprinkler heads. Extremely messy and the yard looked worse than it did before. Never cleaned. After trying to contact, promised to come by and clean up. Never came. The aftermath, sprinkler fixing and clean up cost us a lot of money.

they never show up he miss work because the company lied to him he is upset,,,He is upset because they only show up 2 people only they need a bad job as well .Not good job they did not advance ......They did not have a material to work they did not clean up they did not sweep nothing they left the work to go do another job it was no good service.....

They did a terrible job of trimming my pine tree. Never came back to seal the large limb removed and sap blew all over my patio requiring me to shampoo my carpet. I called them several times following the trimming to correct this problem

Up charge after quoted project, overcharged and left debris all over driveway.

They quoted me a good price to remove my trees. They did a great job. They removed 6 trees and trimmed 5 other trees. They cleaned up their mess. The workers were friendly. They explained what they needed to do.
