HLI responded immediately to my request to hire via Home Advisor. Gave me a fair price for the work I needed done. All of the employees in the work crew were courteous.

They were right on time and were done very quickly. Other guys quoted me more and were going to take much longer. This guy's team did all the work in half a day. Very impressed and highly recommended.

Their fast service and they will help be resoniable to help u financially. I highly recommend this man company

HLI gave me the best deal in town . They showed up the next day almost an hour late but the weather really wasn't the best in fact it started raining and the poor guys had to climb down out of the trees till it stopped. After they were done and cleaning up I walked with one of the crew and checked what had been done and asked if I was happy. I pointed out a few spots that I still wanted removed and they took care of my issues. I was very happy with them and will probably call them back the next time I need them. For all the work the did I was very happy with the price.

This company is all about pleasing their customer . when they were finished, I still wanted the tree cut a little bit shorter and they had no problem doing exactly what I asked for with no problems and no extra charge. the whole crew was wonderful and the prices were very fair.

Highly recommend HLI Tree Experts! Within 1 hour of contacting HomeAdvisor, Leonard, from HLI, called and arrived to give me an estimate for the work I wanted done. We negotiated a price and they came out first thing in the morning on the very next day. Carlos and his crew were professional, efficient are very knowledgeable arborists. After they arrived, we negotiated a price for additional work that we wanted done. The reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because we had planned on paying with our credit card (HLI's business card states that they accept VISA) but were told they only accept credit cards from commercial accounts. Other than the credit card issue, we were very pleased with their work.

This was a great company to work with. They called right away and scheduled an estimate for the same day. Their quote was great and they began right away. We had two large trees trimmed way back and one smaller, unruly tree, laced in a few hours (and in the windy very cold weather). They cleaned up all the limbs and debris. Very professional. We would use them again.

We had a 50' Juniper that needed to be taken down. It was in a pretty tricky place, so it was not an easy project. HLI got the job done quickly and safely.

The company needs to work on its customer communications a little, like making sure the customer knows who the lead person on site is and getting paperwork to the customer. But that aside, they do good work and I won't hesitate to use the company again if I need to.

High pressure sales. Promised to do all good work and what I wanted. Contracted to be done in one week. It is now 3 1/2 weeks and he is not here today and has at least another week if he comes every day. This is HLI, (626) 755-1010. Leonard Hortencia Aguilar.

Did an excellant job removing a huge tree. I would have liked them to have remove the tree stump to the ground but they left the three trunks about 2 feet from the ground. Hired another company who will grind down the trunks with a grinder. Despite this issue they were quick and cleaned up amazingly. Perhaps I should have been clearer that I wanted the tree taken down to the ground?

I would never hire this company again.

The crew was on time and did nice work. I even ask about additional work and they were able to add it on last minute. Would recommend Martin and his crew.

They were very quick in responding to my inquiry and were on the job the next morning. Cleaned up job very well after completed. Would recommend to everybody.

Owner was good to deal with, however, his workers were not careful in performing the work. They cut a tree down (I wanted it removed) and when removing the branches they trampled my gladiolas, Asiatic lilies and star jasmine plants. They thinned out branches on three trees but did not cut the trees back. Now I have to hire someone to cut the trees back. NOT Happy!
