The cleaning was prob one of the worst I've experienced... booked them for 2 hours and requested to have the kitchen mess cleaned up, and the floor of both upstairs and downstairs. Such simple requests, and the cleaners took about 90min to put the dishes in the dishwasher and push the dust around w/ her mop not realizing she needed to use a vacuum, then after my strong recommendations, she used the vacuum, then the 2 hours is up, you have a half cleaned kitchen, and half of a one floor mopped, you have got to be kidding me... Cleaning is your profession as a cleaner and you did not know you need to use a vacuum ? really ? and with 2 people spending 2 hours cleaning, one person could not even finished mopping the floor 90 min later???? The home is not filthy but any means, it's 2,000 sqf 2 story home and after 3 weeks in a bad flu, the kitchen is not very clean w/ dishes around. Yet you used the dishwasher, and still you can't manage to clear the counter tops 90min later? And suddenly after those 90min, I showed my displease, then in 30min you and the other lady decided to speed up and clear the counter tops and mop 200sqf more? Beyond disappointed... I had high hopes for those A star reviews up here and seriously ? I asked for 2 things. #1. floor #2. Kitchen dishes & countertop. And you seriously telling me that with 2 people for 2 hours they can't get the job done ? That's a lie. The truth is they weren't competent and were taking their time. Martha probably cleaned non stop where as the other lady was using a mop swishing the dust from one side to the other , and used a broom to clear the sand box. I'm speechless.... It should take no more than 2hr to vacuum and mop the floor and no more than 2 hour to put the dishes away and wipe down the counter tops. She said "but it takes long cuz it's dirty and we don't know you want vacuuming". I was like @$#$#@?! You're a cleaner and that's your job, how come you don't know to use a vacuum? and it's not THAT dirty like we had a house party dirty. It's just a 2 person's household that left out dirty dishes for a couple of days. Anyways, I'm BEYOND disappointed. They stayed another 45min to make up for what an okay 2hr job should've been. But d***.. unbelievable... Maybe they're on their bad new year days, I don't know. Having hired different cleaners over the years, this is different one on the bad side.

The work quality was good, but for a fairly clean house before they started, I expected a faster pace.

Martha and Catalina arrived 15 minutes early which was great. After showing them what I wanted done, they went right to work. . Our home had a fine layer of dust throughout from having old bathroom tile removed and replaced with new tile in both bathrooms. They washed walls in both bathrooms and thoroughly cleaned bathrooms. Vacuumed walls in master bedroom, vacuumed and washed all the baseboards, cleaned ceiling fans, vacuumed carpet,washed all the windows, dusted all the furniture, cleaned all the woodwork, mopped and polished floors. They would ask if I wanted anything else done and to please tell them if they missed anything. Catalina was even able to get the ring out of the toilet bowl, which I had tried a number of times to do. They worked diligently for 61/2 hours without taking a break. They were both very friendly and organized. I have had two other cleaning companies over the years after some remodeling we have done, and none have done as good a job as Martha and Catalina from Haven Cleaning and Restoration. I plan on having them again on a monthly basis.

I gave specific instructions and they were carried out as requested. I was very happy with the results.

they arrived on time, they had all of the supplies they needed ....started immediately after explaining what I wanted done. all went very well..... towards the end of the contracted time we agreed on an additional 15min and i paid extra for that.

I was very happy with their work, I have no complaints.

The two ladies offered to stay over the total six-hour time for an additional $25/hour, which we accepted. Next time I will have them work on my alls and baseboards and kitchen shutters. The only thing I was disappointed with was my kitchen and bathroom floors. They, like most if not all cleaners, use a cotton mop to clean the floors. These do not do a good job at all on modern textured vinyl and tile floors. The dirty water on the mop accumulates in the low spots of the texture so when it dries the floor still looks dirty.

I am so relieved and extremely satisfied with the service I received today. The two ladies were on time and extremely meticulous, they were very thorough! I paid extra for cleaning the inside of the appliances and it was worth it! I will definitely be using this service at least once a month for upkeep!

Linda was great to work with from start to finish. Immediately returned my call to schedule an 8 hour day of deep cleaning. Sadly to say, the house was in fairly bad shape. She sent out 3 gals for an all day deep cleaning and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. They were so easy to communicate with and so friendly and professional. As stated, the house needed much TLC, and unfortunately due to the condition, 8 hours wasn't enough time to get everything done.... but that is no reflection on Haven Cleaning. They went above and beyond with the time they had to do things. They removed hard water stains on the shower doors that I would never have thought could be removed. They got rid of cobwebs on extremely high ceilings that I had no idea how I would reach them. They cleaned baseboards, light fixtures, ceiling fans..... I could go on and on. I definitely am planning on using them on a bi-weekly schedule. It felt incredible to walk into a clean smelling home. Sure makes me appreciate my place now. :)

They were on time, so courteous, and pleasant; so ready to work. Worked very hard, end result very happy.

The 2 ladies did an excellent job cleaning our house. Well worth the $99 for 2 hours of work. We will use them again for sure.

Two women showed up and cleaned the home (660 square feet, two stories) in about three hours. We had budgeted four hours and I honestly thought that it would take them five hours. They even washed the dishes in the cupboards! Helping them was the fact that the home was mostly empty so there was no furniture to move or work around. The only minor glitch was that they thought they were late and I thought that they were early but I was glad that they came when they did since I was waiting around anyway. I am totally satisfied with the front office, the workers, and the clean house. For what they did I thought they charged a very, very fair price. I would use them again.

Linda was very easy to contact and flexible with scheduling. Several employees cleaned our home before we moved in. They were very friendly, detail oriented and worked hard. The toilets and sinks were very stained and they had them looking new! There was a little confusion over the cost because I didn't get the quote in writing but the amount estimated is what we were charged. We would not hesitate to ever use this company and we highly recommend them.

Once again this company continues to provide the best service possible. The owner Linda is a honest and caring business woman. Martha provided the service and was very concerned about my needs. This is the only company I will use for the care of my home.

Every room was clean and tidy. No stone left unturned. Next time the tile floor will be scrubbed in addition to mopping.

Absolutely wonderful!!! The team cleaned everything, including something's I didn't ask for. Also, they work with cleaning for a reason to provide cancer patients with cleaning services!!!! On top of the extremely detailed cleaning they provide, BONUS!!!

There is not one speck of dust any where and every floor area, kitchen appliance, counter top, bathroom, etc., are like new. This company was sent to me by an organization that helps women on chemotherapy, but I know God selected them for me. I was treated like a celebrity. I immediately felt comfortable with them in my home and actually left for a couple of hours to stay out of their way. It was as if they were caring for their own homes. My entire house is clean, disinfected and sanitized. The carpet looks like new and the tile (nearly 1000 sq. ft.) was done by hand. This company deserves the very best rating and should be treated like the engineers they are when they enter any property.
