Alexis and Angelica arrived on time and went through the unit with me to discuss what needed to be done and then worked straight through with great attention to detail.

I would recommend to my friends. I would also suggest to have steam vacuum/carpet cleaning.

House cleaners were on time, and started cleaning right away. House is very clean.

They took their time to clean thoroughly. They ran a little later, but they got to work as soon as I told them where I wanted to clean.

I've worked with Alex and his guys on many different occasions and not only do they offer me very fair prices for what they do but they get the job done correctly. Ive worked with a few different restoration companies over the years and it seems that a lot of times the jobs can last forever but these guys have always gotten things done in a timely manner. If your looking for a company to clean your property or you have a restoration job I definitely suggest you call Alex first.

Both women showed up on time with smiling faces and a wonderful attitude. To help, I gave them a list of things I hoped they would finish, and they went above and beyond. The kitchen especially was wonderfully clean from top to bottom!

Arrived early, explained what I needed, they explained that it may go over but they would try and that was fine. Finished on time.

The two-person crew was prompt, got right to work and worked very hard until all of our requested areas were sparkling clean. They paid attention to detail. We're just moving in and now we feel our place is thoroughly clean with no remnants of the previous owners. Would highly recommend. Will be calling again.

Employees arrived on time, were well - equipped. They did very detailed cleaning of our baths and kitchen as well as the rest of the house. They returned on another day for deep cleaning of floors.

Two very nice women arrived on the scheduled date & assessed how long it would take to clean our house. These women did a very thorough job & were very polite. Job took 7 hours.

So I wanted to get my girlfriend?s house professionally cleaned. She had recently found out that she was extremely allergic to house dust. She was out of town for a few days so I decided this would be the best time to have it done. I went on Angie?s List and found a 4 hour special. I then got a call from a representative from the company to schedule the cleaning. I told the person that I really wanted a deep cleaning, paying particular attention to dusting the main areas my girlfriend spends most of her time in. We live in a 3 bedroom 2 story house. The representative said it wouldn?t be a problem and it could be done in 4 hours. The day came and 2 ladies showed up. 1 of them right away got to work. The other seemed to think they may need a couple more hours which I expected to happen. She informed me that it would be 28 per hour and told her it would be a problem. The lady that I was talking to me spent the rest of the time talking to the other lady complaining that she could not finish and she would have to leave. I heard her calling the company explaining to them she had to leave due to a prior commitment. After about wasting an hour of trying to arrange to have someone pick her up she got back to work. She started vacuuming then I heard a loud noise then the vacuum stopped. She came down and told me had accidently ran over my iphone charger and that the vacuum had broken down, the charger was destroyed. I had to help her remove the charger from the vacuum. In the mean time I told her she could use our vacuum. Within an hour or so someone from her company came to relieve her and brought a new vacuum. She told me that the company would replace the charger. The person that came started dusting and then all of a sudden I hear a crash. I went to see what happen and the person had broken a glass vase we had on our mantle. The person was extremely apologetic and said the company would replace it. After he cleaned up the mess he started vacuuming using the vacuum he brought. After they left I noticed the parts of our carpet had stains from the vacuum. I grabbed our vacuum to clean the stain but it didn?t work. I called the company and they told me that the lady tried to use it but it wouldn?t start. The lady never informed anything. So after destroying an Iphone charger, breaking a glass vase and breaking a vacuum and staining our carpet I did a walk through after they left. I gave them specific instructions what to do and they didn?t do it. I spent about 4 more hours cleaning after them. The carpet stains were never addressed and I gave up trying to get them to do anything. The man that broke the vase told me that he would buy a vase and a new charger. After receiving the items; the vase was part of a set. The vase he bought didn?t match what I specifically requested. This company is a joke and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

I am not a big fan of paying for housecleaning by the hour, which is the only reason I would not use them again. Otherwise, they did a fantastic job, it's just not in my price range.

The provider came to my home on time with one worker and indicated that the second worker would be late due to car problems. I had paid for 4 hours. The provider informed me that she was providing 2 workers for 2 hours because just having one person for 4 hours will tire the person out faster. I informed the provider precisely what I wanted done (the stove and oven cleaned thoroughly, the bathrooms cleaned real good, the ceiling fans cleaned and the normal cleaning of the rest of the house). I have a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living room, family room and kitchen home. Both workers started in my bedroom and bathroom, which took over an hour to clean. I heard more talking amongst the 2 of them than actual cleaning. Three and half hours later they still weren't finish cleaning nor had the provider called me. I took the initiative of calling her asking her how this program worked because it was 4 hours and they still hadn't finished cleaning my home. The provider informed me of how the program worked and apologized to me for not explaining everything to me prior to the services being provided, and then she indicated that she wouldn't charge me for the additional time. After the 2 ladies left, I did a walk through of my home. I was very disappointed. The stove and oven weren't cleaned throughly, it was just wiped off. I wanted the burners lifted and cleaned and easy off sprayed in the oven and cleaned properly. The bathrooms were cleaned. However, they didn't clean the outside of the shower and tub around the moldings and the toilets were dirty in certain areas. They didn't clean the ceiling fans, like I had asked as well. The dust was still on them. I had ordered a cleaning service because I just recently had surgery on my shoulder and have been unable to do a thorough cleaning myself but what I just experienced I waisted my money. The only thing that was good about this experience was that both of the ladies were very pleasant.

I asked them to help with "deep" cleaning. I explained that the house was generally clean and maintained but I wanted someone to come in an clean the areas that aren't usually reached - e.g. cabinets, fridge, and I said to be sure to get the floors and bathrooms. Linda told me that 4 fours should be sufficient and gave me a verbal quote, telling me two people would come out to work 2 hrs each. She seemed confident that was the right number and quoted me a reasonable price over the phone and I went for it. The day of the cleaning I was unable to be present, so my roommate helped out and explained (again) what I needed done. They said there would be an additional charge to clean the fridge of $25. Interacting through texts with my roommate, I explained that that wasn't in the original talk and that it seemed unreasonable, given I was paying for the time either way. They refused. And the fridge went undone. Except for the outside, which is stainless steel. It was touched, as in, cleaned by scouring. New scratches are now the entry to my still messy fridge. Incidentally, they also scoured the front cabinet of the sink, which is also now scratched permanently. They did a fine job with the bathrooms, and cleaned and dusted much of the house better than I would do myself (although this was not my intent for the cleaning mind you?) But the interior of the cabinets and pantry went untouched. Further, they did clean the floors, but there were large dust spots in the living room floor, and many other dirty spots, on the baseboard in the kitchen, in the floor in the pantry, and more. Overall, a very spotty cleaning. And finally, the price was magically lower than the price quoted. Was this due to the unrealized $25 charge for fridge cleaning? No explanation of why, and I wasn't there? somehow it just ended up that way. Overall, I felt the experience was unnerving and perhaps it was my fault for not being present during the cleaning, or maybe it was the lack of communication between Linda and her workers, i.e. that she had already included the $25 charge in her quote for me but they didn't know. Just guesswork at that point... Anyway, the scratches in my kitchen will be lasting reminder not to invite these folks back. Word of warning, get a written quote and watch what they are doing.

Julia was the best cleaner we have ever had. She worked very hard and went beyond what we were expecting. I have never seen a person work so hard and be so pleasant. Ask for Julia - she is the gold standard as far as I'm concerned.

Be aware that if you have 2 cleaners, they will work 2 hours each for a 4 hour total.

I lived in a 3 bedroom condo, the amount of time to give a quality clean was not enough, even for the amount of work they completed, I was not 100% satisfied with the quality. They will send out 1 or 2 service people to do the work in your home. Of course 2 can cover more area than one, For the amount they charge, there of course would not be any question about it being too high, that's very reasonable.

Two ladies that came were very efficient and worked like a team. They did a good job overall.

To my surprise they showed up 1.5 hr early, forcing me to get my day started early. No big deal, I was thankful. My second time using their service and I was 100% satisfied AGAIN..No Complaints.

Their employees seem to be honest and they do a good job. They are usually easy to work with as far as scheduling and the way they work with little directions and actually taking upon themselves to always take care of something that we didn’t actually specified to do. They seem to be self directing.
