Our team at Haven Cleaning and Restoration is devoted to helping homeowners and business owners navigate through the difficult and complex process of an unexpected disaster. We are homeowners ourselves, and we completely understand how easily the delicate balance of a house can be broken by a water or fire emergency. Haven Cleaning and Restoration has been created with the client’s concerns in mind. We are here to help you completely understand the ins and outs of what it means to get your house back together as soon as possible. We bring with us more than a decade of work experience with all types of carriers and clients. There is always an overwhelming amount of options on who to choose for your services, however, having the proper certifications, training and insurance coverage backup , puts us above the rest, and our goal is YOUR peace of mind. We start the trust process with a background check performed on all employees and hired parties. We continuously train all employees in industry techniques and certifications. We are a IICRC certified firm, with IICRC certified technicians. We are large enough to handle sizable projects , and small enough to keep a personal touch with all our clients.

Description of Work: The ladies that came out to my house were on time and very professional. They asked what I wanted done and were very efficient in getting it all done. Description of Work: The offer was really deceiving as it implied there would be 4 hours of deep cleaning- instead, we got "2 people for 2 hours each" that did a very fast, surface cleaning that was basically just picking up, dusting, and cleaning the bathrooms. Then they finished early because they were "done".

Description of Work: First of all, they were very forgiving, and very accommodating, when I missed our appointment on August 3; they went ahead and rescheduled me to August 4 and did a fantastic job. I'm sure that probably created a hardship somewhere else and their schedule but I really appreciate the fact that they went out of their way to accommodate me even though I missed our appointment on that Monday.
