+ -1 moreI had them come out to do a repair on my air conditioner that was not working. Every time the serviceman came out, there was another repair to be done and it would cost me every time. Every year they came out and same thing happened and it cost me at least a few hundred dollars. After 2 or 3 years into my service agreement, my plumber noticed the sticker on the A/C unit and the company I was using to service it, and he told me that they adjust something intentionally every time to where it slowly leaks Freon all year then the repair needs to be done. When they came by this last time, I told them every thing is okay and they do not need to do anything. I have had no problems since with my air conditioner and have not needed a repair guy.
Description of Work: They serviced my air conditioning unit and added Freon to my unit. I was in a service contract with them.

+ -1 moreI CALLED THIS COMPANY OUT, EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT WAS GOING ON. IT TOOK THEM ABOUT 30 MINUTES TO GET HERE. THEY HANDLED THIS SITUATION IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THEY WERE ABLE TO NOT ONLY TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM, BUT THEY HAD A SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
Description of Work: NEEDED AN EMERGENCY PLUMBER TO COME OUT BECAUSE MY KITCHEN SINK WAS LEAKING AND THE PIPE BUSTED BELOW THE VALVE.
