Description of Work: They have a minimum charge of $35.00 for an estimate. I think $227.00 for $15.00 in parts and 45 minutes labor is too high.

 + 0 moreThey do every and anything that we ask them to do. The work that they do exceeds any other company around. I have had them come out to my house that I live in as well to fix some things and he is always very polite. He has never overcharged me at all.
Description of Work: They repaired leaking pipes and cleaned out the central drain of my rental property.

Description of Work: He came out and fixed my shower that hadn't been working right in ages. He figured out what kind of part had to be replaced. He also went up on my roof and did the roto rooter thing.

 + -1 moreI DON'T THINK HE FIXED WHAT I CALLED THEM FOR. I ASKED HIM TO FIX THE DRAINAGE IN THE SINK HE SAID THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH IT, HE ENDED UP DRAINING THE TOILET BUT I DON'T THINK THAT'S WERE THE PROBLEM BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM CAME BACK.
Description of Work: I CALLED THEM TO FIX THE SINK THAT IS NOT DRAINING THEY ENDED UP DRAINING THE TOILET BOWL.
