From Contractor: I went ahead and installed all new supply grills in the home, and installed a newer gas shut off on roof at no additional cost. There are some items that may need to be addressed in the future that we found.1. The high voltage disconnect is old and may need replacement latter.2. Thermostat works poorly.3. A new low voltage control wire would need to be ran for most new thermostats.4. The attic has very poor insulation that needs to be upgraded to R-30 or better. Pros: Good communication, prompt response time, good quality work, price was competitive but not less than other bids, contractor explained things clearly. Cons: After work was completed a new list of work was suggested by contractor. I would much rather have had this information up front and feel that a more thorough inspection would have allowed this. Overall, I would probably use this contractor again as I feel he is honest and did good quality work. After a few months the work the contractor did cause a serious leak, I would not recommend or use this contractor again. Additional work on another property was overpriced and useless.

This was, without a doubt, the best experience I have ever had with any home improvement contractor. He always called when he said he would, always arrived promptly, or even a bit early; and he was careful around my pet cat and dog. Everyone in the crew was careful in their work and cleaned-up after themselves well. I would gladly use this company again, and recommend him highly for the quality of his work as well as his honesty and integrety.
