Dann was a total professional. Came in for an estimate, he sat down with us and showed us his laptop full of multiple jobs he's done (big & small). His attention to detail is great and he knows what he's doing. Very pleased with the work he did, bathroom came out looking fantastic. Job was completed in just a few days time. I highly recommend him. More than likely we'll have him redo our master bathroom soon.
Description of Work: Remodeled our guest bathroom. Put in a new bathtub, toilet, vanity, and put in granite flooring. Nice touches with new faucets, shower valve, etc.

DANN WAS VERY ORGANIZED AND PROFESSIONAL. YOU COULD TELL HE'S BEEN DOING THIS FOR YEARS. HAS THE WHOLE PROCEDURE DOWN TO A SCIENCE. CLEANED UP IMMACULATELY. HAULED AWAY ALL MATERIALS. LEFT THE BATHROOM LOOKING GREAT. NO DAMAGE TO THE FLOORING, WALLS OR ANY PLACE ELSE. WHOLE JOB DONE IN HALF A DAY.
Description of Work: REMOVED OLD TILE, DRYWALL, AND TUB FROM DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM. REPLACED WITH A TYPE OF LAMINATE THAT IS WATER PROOF AND HAS A LIFETIME GUARANTEE. REPLACED TUB WITH NEW PORCELAIN TUB, REPLACED FIXTURES. REPLACE DRYWALL AND WOULD HAVE REPLACED ANY WATER DAMAGED WOOD BEHIND DRYWALL IF NEEDED FOR SAME PRICE.

THE SHOWER/TUB ENCLOSURE WAS OF GOOD QUALITY AND THE WORKMANSHIP WAS GREAT. DANN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. WE WOULD REFER HIM TO OTHERS.
