 + 3 moreProject went great!!! Some challenges arose regarding the drains but Harold solved the problems and made everything work. There is a lot of digging and mess when drains are being installed but when the job was finished everything was back in place and looked great.This was the first time in 20 years that I did not have a flooded patio and sandbags to deal with. The new landscaping is more appropriate for the area and is doing well. The improved irrigation is much appreciated since I had mud running down the hillside. The fountain is exactly what I wanted and will be so nice this summer. Harold listened to me and understood what I wanted done. Very knowledgable contractor and easy to work with.
Description of Work: 1. install drains in back and side yards and tie in to drainage in front yard 2. plant new landscaping on north side of house 3. re-do assorted sprinkler heads so yard more efficiently irrigated 4. install outdoor fountain with time and lighting

 + -1 moreI felt like the price was fair, he was willing to work with us, too. The other place we ended up going with was about $500 cheaper. I would tell others to definitely go with Clements. He seemed very professional, willing to work with you and timely. He seemed very personable and I would definitely go with him next time.

 + 0 moreThey provided us a quote and returned twice with updates to the proposal. They spent much time with us and were an enjoyable couple. We had a very hard decision to make but... sadly so, another's proposed backyard design won out and we gave the order to another. We did like their front yard ideas; I'll try not to plagiarize for fear of my own guilt.
