Description of Work: I hired Jonathan as buyer's agent to take care of my housing needs while I was not there. He sold me a home without a single smoke alarm and when I moved in he refused to take care of that. In this day and age no home should be appraised, and sold without even a single smoke detector. It is a four bedroom home yet their "team" got away with that. In addition, for over a month and a half I kept asking Jonathan about the closing statement and the balance but he disdainfully ignored it. When I pushed him he rudely wrote me "I don't have money laying around to give you" as if I was a beggar and asking him for charity! This killed whatever goodwill he could make by helping me out. Actually the seller's agent took care of the detectors in a day when I complained to her about it. If I need another agent or refer one, I am sure I would recommend her not "my buyer's agent".
