After sending just one photo of my homeâ s electrical panel, he knew exactly what he needed to provide me with a cost estimate upfront. He walked me through options and let me know exactly what I needed to get the job done right, and the most cost effective. He arrived at my home along with his son when they said they would, and finished the job much faster than I anticipated. It came out perfect. It is extremely rare to find a trustworthy and upfront person in all fields of work. Iâ m so glad to have met Carlos. He is the embodiment of professionalism. Although I donâ t anticipate any needed electrical work, when I do, I will absolutely call him first.

Carlos provided an initial quote of $3,200 to upgrade my electrical panel. However, Edison made us move the panel. This was not Carlosâ fault but the price jumped to $6,700. I paid $4,675 for materials upfront. I asked for receipts and he refused to provide them saying itâ s a â lump sumâ contract. He asked for the remaining $2,100 for labor before the job was done. He hadnâ t pulled a permit before he asked for all the money. His contract isnâ t even legal in the State of California. Run, run, run from this contractor. Heâ s a good salesman, not an electrician.

Carlos came in when he said he was going to, provided me with a fair quote, made several recommendations to make the project better; during the process, he asked me a lot of questions to make sure that, the project was going to be the way we thought it would be; he was extremely attentive to our needs today and future needs. He finished the project when he said he was going to finish Not only do I recommend him; I will also be using him again as soon as we complete our backyard project. Carlos is an example of what a good contractor should be try to be. we are very happy with the quality, craftmanship, and over all customer service provided by Carlos.

Wasted over a month of my time. Several visits to my house to evaluate work and make an estimate. Within days of getting paidâ ¦ he demanded to getting partial payment up front, no credit cards, pay pal or cash only.. he was unable to do the work he agreed to do. He refused to issue a refund via pay pal. Instead he issue refund vial zelleâ ¦ which meant Pat pal keeps the processing fee! He wasted my time. He made sure I didnâ  t get a full refundâ ¦ never trust a contractor that doesnâ  t except credit cards!
