Owner Victor Belman has been in Landscape and Concrete Construction for over 27 years We are fully license (License 899087), bonded and Insured. We have an A+ rating with the BBB Better Business Bureau (with no complaints). And we are Belgard certified Installers. We would like to give reasons why homeowners should choose us to make their backyard dreams come true. It is not enough to show beautiful pictures of the work we have completed or how long we have been in business. It does not matter how many beautiful ads you saw in the magazines. I had a raised patio ("Bistro") area at the back of the yard. It didn't look good.
I also had 3 trees on my back slope that had not grown at all over the years. I wanted to get rid of them and start over with different trees.
I met Victor and his wife at the Home/Garden Show in Anaheim. It was a Sunday. Victor came to my house the next day to take a look at my backyard. He had some good ideas on how to improve my backyard. He proposed the "Mega-Arbel" pavers - which are pavers that have varying shapes. They almost have the look of slate.
I decided to go with the quote, and Victor's team started the next day! I was impressed with the speed of the work. The vast majority of the work was done in about 4-5 days. My family was shocked to come over and see a very different back yard, when they had just been over the week before! Victor came each day to check on progress and answer questions. His team was respectful and also worked closely with me while working on the project.
The patio expansion draining/slope was able to be tested very shortly after installation when we had a major downpour. We had about 15 minutes of torrential rain. Thankfully, the drains worked great. I feel comfortable that if the drainage worked well with that downpour, it would work great with all of the normal rains we get during the winter.
Overall, I was very happy with the quality of the job and the speed of the work done by Victor's Team.
