Excellent. Andrew showed up both times on-time and ready to work. He is very neat and professional. Provided details on what needed to get done and did the work. Also provided tips to maintain the sub-zero condition. Would hire him again!

Description of Work: They're already have a c rating Angie list. They never were able to repair a simple dishwasher. Had to go through two repair people and some downtime to get nothing repaired. One of the repair was not very friendly either and could have giving a other solutions which the second guy told me about. Not happy at all with them.

Because we had this fixed just before the low season, we didn't discover the 'lack of fixing' for a several months. When I called to let them know it still wasn't working, they said it was too long after the repair/service call and they couldn't do anything about it. Very abrupt, uncaring and extremely costly for nothing! Because we are still having the same issues with it and we can't afford to purchase another new refrigerator, I get angry that they did this to us. This past February., I tried to contact them and got some man who sounded like he had just woken up and he hung up on me! Real HORRIBLE company. I feel l am going to contact the State of California and complain, as well. Companies like this should be out of business!!!!!
Description of Work: Was SUPPOSE to fix our refrigerator/freezer. This was a couple of years ago but I am still seething over this. We had a one year old refrigerator (side-by-side) and we were having trouble with ice melting inside or leaking or ? and there would be a sheet of ice on the lowest level. Ice would back-up in the shoot, as well. Because this is a high-end rental, I wanted to get this fixed before the next Prime Season. They said there would be a trip charge of about $50 and then any repairs on top of that. I NEVER expected the bill I got ... especially in that they DID NOT FIX IT!

Worst appliance repair company ever. I called to have our rental property's dishwasher and garbage disposal looked at. They told me it was a $69.00 service call charge to have the repair man out to the property to inspect the items. I scheduled the service call and was told they would call me 20 minutes prior to their arrival in their 4 hour window. On the day they were supposed to show up I never got a call. The finally called them at the end of the day and asked if they were still coming, and they told me "the repair man came and no one answered so he left and went home a few minutes ago." They claimed I had given them the wrong number, but when I had the girl tell me what number they had, sure enough it was correct! So they rescheduled us for the next business day. Once the repair man looked at both our garbage disposal and dishwasher he gave us the quotes to fix them. $500 to repair a clinking noise in the dishwasher and $395 to replace the garbage disposal, after he already did an $85.00 "flush of the disposal", which I now understand all that does is try to help with the smell. Screw that. I ordered a bran new dishwasher from home depot for $450 including delivery and installation. $395 for a new garbage disposal?! yeah, right. I'll wait for my father in law to come out and do it for $50!! When I called to find out what I owed the company for the so called "flush" she told me $155.00. Whaaaaaaaat?! The service gal Desiree said that even though I had them service the garbage disposal I still had to pay the $69 for the service call on the dishwasher... which may I remind you was NOT quoted to me when I made the initial appointment. She also said I owed $69.00 for our washing machine being looked at... uh, I NEVER asked for a washing machine to be looked at. She kept insisting that they had given us a quote to fix a washing machine, and I had to keep explaining to her that there was NO washing machine to fix! Finally she let it go, but she still wanted to charge me an additional $69.00 for looking at the dishwasher. I explained to her that I was not given that information when I made the appointment. She kept telling me I was wrong so I kept fighting. No way was I about to be lied to and expected to pay an additional $69.00. I put my foot down one final time and she basically laughed at me, all the while I'm sure she was rolling her eyes on the other end... In the end she did what was right and waived the $69.00 fee and all I ended up paying was the $85 for that ridiculous flush. Oh well. Lesson learned... NEVER use this company. What a waste. Bad service, and BAD BAD customer service. So rude

As I said, they verified that they could handle commercial washers. But, the technician BLAMED ME because it has a lock (never used, no key) that prevented him from cycling the washer quickly. He also BLAMED ME because there were screws with special heads and he didn't have that type of screw driver - he expected me to have one (since when is the customer responsible for a technician's tools?). (Later calls to the company turned up one technician that DID have that screwdriver.) He also BLAMED the washer saying it was too old. He charged me $143 for about 1/2 hour's work plus the price of 2 new belts - seems a high to me ($240/hr) but I don't mind it if it solves the problem competently. But, that's not all. It didn't work at all - we still get water left in the tub - their repair did nothing noticeable and certainly DIDN'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM. We called back for a refund or repair but they said there was nothing they could do and refused a refund. Is that the kind of people you want to deal with?
Description of Work: I have a used commercial Maytag that I've had for 15 years. It's been a great workhorse but it started keeping water in the tub instead of completely draining. Having had problems before getting repairs for this commercial washer, I asked, up front, if they could handle the fact that it was a commercial washer. They said they could. The technician showed me two thrashed belts that he said was the cause of the problem. He replaced them.

Excellent. They came out the same day and fixed it. It's working great. I learned about the computer in the model 690 that I have. There are 4-5 different offices. I called the 800 # and gave them my address. They dispatched their closest person in Redlands.
Description of Work: My Subzero freezer defrosted and I could not get it to start freezing again. It was the starter and when it was replaced, it started up again. Edgar works in the Redlands Office, he arrived 15 minutes early. He knew my refrigerator from the inside out. I learned so much about how to take care of it. Excellent service only 30minutes.

Bad experience.
Description of Work: Called for dishwasher repair. Needed new panel due to crimp in drain line causing burn out of electrical parts. After waiting for a total of almost 2 weeks (started with a few days to come to house followed by a few days to order parts, followed by a few days to show up for repair), repairman showed up to replace burned out electrics. However, he was supposed to also pick up a replacement steel braided hose line (the original hose was not steel braided and had kinked, burning out the control panel).Instead, the repairman told me he had tried to pick up the proper hose line the day and "they did not have one". So, he made the install and left me with the new hose problem that he was supposed to fix. Now, I need to get a plumber to pick up this part and pay him to install. Was this repairman doing an adequate job? Of course not. I will be adding another $125 to my repair bill. Why would I hire him again to make half effort repairs? Why should I wait days for him to show up (because he is attending school)? My impression? The repairman did not like his job (family business) and wish he could be somewhere else. As a result of his bad work ethic, I will be spending around $700 to get a dishwasher repaired.

It took a couple of extra days to order the parts. But, that was OK. We were given an estimate for the parts and labor and figured the work would be difficult and take a while. It only took about twenty minutes. So it was about $105/hour work -with travel from RC to San Bernardino, not counting the first visit. They did deduct the $49 from the total. I guess that is the going rate for skilled specialists like electricians, plumbers, mechanics. That is the only part we didn't like about the service. But it was fair. So far, it is working good. My rating would have to be 'Good". I think after a year or twos, and it's still working, I can rate it with Excellent. They were responsive, punctual and professional. So, they deserve an "Excellent" for those three areas.
Description of Work: The service was good. The guy came and gave us the diagnosis of the problem with our Maytag Dryer ($49). Basically, it worked, but had no heat. So the guy said that a thermostat was needed and it would be a good idea to replace all three thermostat parts ("a thermostat kit").

The repairman was prompt and very friendly and professional. He quickly determined that the ice maker had gone out and recommended replacing it, which we did. He was very fast and efficient, and it took home less than 20 mins to get it replaced. Overall I was very happy and I would use them again, although I did think the labor charge was a little steep. But then again I guess you get what you pay for and Sub-Zeros tend to cost a lot.

An amazing 2-1/2 hours from start to finish; appointment made, call to say repair person was on his way, and service completed to my satisfaction. From the receptionist, to the repair it was a very positive experience! I was given detailed information as to the possibility of future repairs and their cost, and told how to maintain the appliance. No stone was left unturned, and there were no surprises. It was the most positive experience one could ever imagine...

Werner came promptly, reset the board, and left - can't tell you much more, but I trusted him/them.
Description of Work: Kitchen Aid dishwasher was dead. Other companies were busy. "Werner" came with 30 minutes - he must be based closer than Rancho Cucamonga! and "reprogramed/reset the board". He worked quietly for almost two hours, then said "board had not bee responding" so he reset it - maybe power surge. I didn't ask for an estimate, aw the job had to be done. I expected to pay more than I did - good, homest work for $88 is impressive these days.

The touch pad on my oven gave error messages. I called them and got a one day response time. Andrew replaced one of two suspected parts, hoping to save me money. The oven worked; 2 days later it stopped working. I called and he was back with the other part which he installed without charging add'l labor for the trip. Now things are working fine.

Fridge is fine, but cannot be trusted.
Description of Work: Fridge was not cooling properly. Tech came out and estimated $480.00. Returned next day and changed the controller board with a price tag of $320 for part, $180 for labor (1 hr. and 15 minutes). I later checked the part number off Internet and it was priced at $49.99 new! After my angry call, a $200 refund is be paid to me (have not received so far)
