My kitchen sink was backed up, and the water was leaking under the kitchen cabinets. I made a same-day appointment, and the technician showed up on time, and he was very professional during the entire visit. Antonio Peters did a terrific job at explaining what he was going to do and he fixed the problem quickly. I highly recommend All City Plumbing.

Brett was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We had tried everything to solve our own plumbing issues but eventually realized we needed to call a professional to fix our kitchen and laundry room sink drain and leak problems. Brett quickly fixed our issues and patiently answered all of our questions and addressed every concern. He let us know what the costs would be before proceeding and his customer service was absolutely above and beyond, even to the extent of driving back out after finishing the job because we called with a question. We would highly recommend all city plumbing and specifically Brett for plumbing services.

I highly recommend this business. It was a Friday night at 7pm. Water started to drip from the ceiling. I called multiple services and All City Plumbing is the first one responded. They quickly sent a technician (Eusebio) for a free consultation. Eusebio is very knowledgable and professional, provided me a lot of insights on the problem, also on the ceiling/sub-floor restoration process. The toilet got fixed the next day. Eusebio recommended me a restoration company which is also pretty good. The company asked to leave the toilet unattached for floor drying. Eusebio was very patient and came back to help me put the toilet back once the floor was dry. I really appreciate all his help!

I called All City Plumbing for a pipe leak at my recirculating pump. I called at 2:40pm and the tech Alfonso was at my house by 4pm. All City Plumbing dispatch was friendly, professional, and offered an appointment the same day. Their tech, Alfonso Gonzalez, was knowledgable, professional, respectful, and he cleaned up after himself. He took the time to explain the issue and shared some tips on what to do if I encounter another leak. I would highly recommend this company and their tech, Alfonso. I'm grateful for their quick response time and excellent service, especially the day after Thanksgiving.

I felt that the men who came for the repair were very nice. It was a small job. just cutting a gas pipe and capping the line. total time, say 20 minutes, and my only issue was the cost of almost $300 dollars. I am on a fixed income. but I had no choice. being in the dead of winter with no heat but. I do thank them, and yes, I would recommend them.

We received same day service. Joseoh Rand was fabulous. He did a thorough inspection of the premises and advised about some things that will be needing attention at some point and also advised that our current issue was minor and just a finishing touch which we forgot to do around the faucet fixture. I advised that we could take care of it ourselves. Joseph was still gracious and polite even though we didnâ  t require his services at this time. A great experience all around.

Ruben S. is the bestest!!!! I called All City on a Tuesday evening around 5 PM thinking I wasnâ t going to be able to have someone visit my home till the weekend (when I am available). Nope! They sent someone the next day and even waited for me as I was stuck in traffic! Bless your heart Ruben! My water bill had doubled, my water usage had doubled, Ruben checked my water meter and explained how the spinning wheel meant that water was being used somewhere in my property. Prior to my call and Rubenâ s arrival, I was already worried and expecting the worst, thinking we were going to find a massive leak under my house (raised foundation) and honestly preparing for my first big home repair bill. After about 15 minutes Ruben found the problem, a toilet that has never been used in the garageâ s bathroom. Extremely grateful for Ruben, his attention to detail, and for explaining everything to me as a 1st-time homeowner with little knowledge of home maintenance. Thank you so so soooooo much!!!!
