Alfonso ( this is my second time having Alfonso as my plumber)and Jason was on time, professional , transparent, personable and informative. Todays i had a major leak in my kitchen, talk about stressful , but Alfonso and Jason walked me through a few options with quotes and let me decide. They answered all my questions and concerns professionally , I felt they were very honest and reliable. They made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving , cleaned up any & all areas they repaired and asked me before they left if I had any other questions or concerns. The process of scheduling an appointment was simple and quick. Everybody that I spoke with regarding my plumbing issues were polite and solution oriented, but the real star of the show was the plumber, Josh. Josh was respectful and explained everything he was doing explicitly and thoroughly. Josh fixed my issue and alerted me of other things to look out for. He really went above and beyond my expectations.

Today, my family had a major pipe hurst in our backyard. I frantically called All City, and they sent someone to my house within 2 house; incredible. Antonio was our field officer and he was outstanding. He explained the issues to me and helped come up with a solution quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Antonio, and this company to anyone in need!

We had a pipe burst outside our house that connected to the city water service, and our water had to be shut off until it was repaired.  I called a few plumbers who were not available, and then called All City Plumbers.  They were able to come out immediately in the evening.  The woman who set up the appointment was very detailed and helpful.  I immediately received texts and emails with the job description, the ETA of the plumber, as well as a photo of the plumber and additional information about him.  I really appreciated all of this info and it was very seamless in the presentation and delivery.  The plumber who did the job, Myron, was probably the best plumber I have have dealt with!  He was friendly, smart, and expert, and most importantly got the job done, and quickly!  The price was very reasonable and his van with all of his equipment was state of the art.  I could go on and on about how amazing Myron and Ally City Plumbers are and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

Bert was amazing! he arrived within the time window promised. He was very knowledgeable and willing to answer and educate me on the process for moving my gas line. Very professional and would highly recommend!

Troy is the most efficient and friendliest plumber who has ever helped me.

Sam and his partner (I'm not sure of his name) came to assess our broken water heater the very next day after we called. Sam gave a very clear explanation of what broke and explained thoroughly what I should expect. The next day Joseph and his partner, Mike, came to fix the heater. When he realized he was given the wrong part by the parts company, he drove four hours to another county and back to get the part and make sure it was fixed the same day. Overall the service was amazing, communication was spot on and I would highly recommend this company to anybody.

Soo impressed with our technician. He was timely, so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We will definitely use this company and hopefully Burt again. He arrived on time was polite and went right to work. He knew exactly what was needed. He even made sure everything was in working order before leaving.

Joseph Rand was my technician. He did an excellent job of listening to what I wanted and then going above and beyond in providing what I asked for. I wanted to proactively replace my 23 year old water heater. With his guidance I ended up with a solid dependable water heater expertly installed. He clearly explained various water heater attributes and warranty options. His attention to detail was evident in his clean up and checking of fixtures before leaving.

I am very pleased with Numa and Victor! Great communication, thorough explanations, over all, I am highly satisfied. I will be calling them for any future issues!

Raymond Varela was absolutely stunning! Thank you so much for coming to the rescue and helping my family and I with this emergency! On a SUNDAY! He really did the job and helped us with our overflowing toilet! He went above and beyond assisting with the problem in a quick and efficient matter. He even wants as far as helping clean up everything after. I would 100% recommend Raymond to anyone looking for a reliable plumber. Thank you for your great advice and service.

We had a water pipe bust in our home in January. We called All City Plumbing and they sent a crew out immediately. Alfonso, Jason and Mike not only repaired our pipe, but went above and beyond in every way! We appreciate their quick response, quality work and more importantly, they were just great guys in general! Thank you All City Plumbing! Weâ ll definitely recommend you to anyone who has any plumbing needs.

Thank you to my Plumber Eric, I was apprehensive about calling a Plumbing company because of the rising costs. However I'm so glad I called All City Plumbing. They sent Eric and be was very professional and knowledgeable and understood exactly what was needed to repair my issue. He was clean and courteous. He had shoe covers and cleaned up extremely well after he fixed it. I was very pleased with the work and the service I received. I will definitely be referring this company to my family and friends.

I was met with a slab leak as a first time home owner one a year deep into ownership. I was overwhelmed and had no clue what company or what to do. After talking with 3 other companies Parker Russel came in from All City Plumbing and I knew HE was it. He was incredibly patient, detailed and really helped me during a time of stress. I come from a background of customer service and Parker was the best I have had the pleasure of working with. Within a short amount of time I fully trusted his input and professional advice. A couple days in and Dylan Allee came in to help with the full repipe and tankless water tank. They were an amazing team and Dylan was a hard worker that was willing to step in and work long hours to push the completion of the project. He was just as amazing and they were a real dream team. The work completed was amazing, detailed and well planned out. I never felt out of the loop and I genuinely would only reach out to Parker for any of my plumbing needs. Iâ ve had multiple projects in my home and they are the only ones I can honestly say that I genuinely enjoyed having them in my home. All City is lucky to have the two of them and they are an exemplary model of an employee and representative of the company. All City you have 2 people that would have me use your company in the future. Thank you Parker and Dylan!
