Joseph is a true professional with his work and attitude

Professional, on time and knew exactly the issue and how to resolve the issue. They came back the next day and knocked it out cleaned the drain and showed us the camera footage to show how it was cleared out. Very thorough.

ERIC came out 2 times 1st time the line was plugged to the main. He was here for a while and didn't stop until he got it he is so professional and so sweet and oh wow he didn't leave a finger print behind. I loved this company. Great customer service from the receptionist to the minute Eric showed up at my door on time amazing . Thank you.

Troy came out the day I inquired about my problem, explained what needed to be done, and gave me a quote. He came back the next day and by early afternoon my problem was resolved. Called All City Plumbing to handle a substantial water leak in our kitchen that caused our laminate flooring to visibly warp. Joe made the process absolutely seamless. He's very knowledgeable and makes sure to keep you informed with his process, ensuring he gets the job done in an efficient and timely manner. We had a main line that was backing up and Joseph Rand from All City plumbing did a great job determining the issue. He was great at communicating what he had found and provided multiple options for dealing with the issue. At the end of the day he cleared out our mainline and gave a detailed summary. Great service!

All City Plumbing is well put together with great workers to represent the company. The office lady Jasmine the setup the appointment was great as well as the plumber, Troy Brown that she sent out. They both represented the company very well. My experience was completely satisfying and I will definitely be doing business with them again.

I found the best plumber in my area (West Covina) and came across All City Plumbing as the best one in the bunch, with rave reviews and mostly 5 stars. I am glad I gave them a try because, from the initial conversation over the phone with customer service, I felt I made the right choice. And the right choice it was! They sent background information about the plumber along with a picture. Numa Quintanilla, upon arrival, was a very friendly guy. He knew what he was doing and was able to get to the bottom of the problem quickly. He was very professional (he called me sir all the time), showed up on time, and worked sufficiently and beyond the call of duty. He came back early this morning just to make sure the parts I bought that he will install later on are the correct ones we need! I am beyond satisfied with the service. I would definitely recommend All City Plumbing and Numa, who have a strong work ethic.

Highly recommend All City to anyone looking for Plumbing work. Pricing is very reasonable! Paul Todak was fantastic. Had a quick job that honestly I could have taken care of, but didn't have the time. No issue is too small, he came out and knocked it out very quickly! Will be calling back again without hesitation!

I hired All City Plumbing to inspect my waste removal system prior to some foundation repair work. Joseph from ACP was very professional and informative, taking his time to walk around the property and explain what he was going to do. Afterwards, he performed another walk-around to explain his findings, and showed me pictures and video as well. I would highly recommend Joseph and ACP for your plumbing needs.
