Used this company for 10 years alway a great experience with them use them for 500 plus Units in Highland . On Labor Day 2020 we had a main line break they sent Antonio Peters to the 344 unit building did a awesome job making sure he got the job done a restoring 344 units so they had water back thank you All City ð ð ð

We had a nice young man out to look at our faucet. We knew exactly what he looked like and a little story about him before he even arrived thanks to the email and text message the company sent. He took a look at our shower faucet and also did a complete plumbing evaluation on our home. This didn t cost anything by the way. He presented about 6 options and allowed me to choose what I wanted to do. No pressure and very knowledgeable. The service was efficient and painless, well worth the investment. Called in at 8am and somebody was at my house by 8:45am On a Sunday I was shocked . Donald came out and tried snaking my mainline from my cleanout but had not luck his machine was getting stuck and this was the third time I had to cable the line this year so I had a feeling it was in bad shape. He then brought out Ruben and they were able to run a sewer camera and locate the broken pipe. They both worked on the job and by 1pm had my broken clay line exposed and showed me the roots going into the line by 3pm my line was up and running. They put my grass back how they found it and assured me after running the camera through the rest of my pipe that I would t have any future issues. They even left a 1 year warranty on stoppages and a 5 year warranty on the section they replaced. These guys never pressured me and I could tell getting my drain working was their priority. I wish that one of the other companies had provided me with options to repair this before it got so bad but you live and learn. If you want your problem fixed right the first time these are your guys!

Had two other plumbers come to my home to unclog kitchen drain, the would unclog it and within a week the clog would happen again. Finally had all city come out and they completely took the pipes underneath and showed me the build up inside the drain that continously caused the back up. Glad I called them they were quick and very professional.

Anthony is the best; he is always prompt, with fair prices, cleans up after himself. Always friendly and courteous. I only call him for any plumbing work and I would recommend this company to others.
