Alfonso Gonzales was our repair technician. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He helped us find our problem and answered all our questions. Will definitely be using this company and requesting Alfonso again.

I called All City Plumbing for a pipe leak at my recirculating pump. I called at 2:40pm and the tech Alfonso was at my house by 4pm. All City Plumbing dispatch was friendly, professional, and offered an appointment the same day. Their tech, Alfonso Gonzalez, was knowledgable, professional, respectful, and he cleaned up after himself. He took the time to explain the issue and shared some tips on what to do if I encounter another leak. I would highly recommend this company and their tech, Alfonso. I'm grateful for their quick response time and excellent service, especially the day after Thanksgiving.

My water heater started leaking and I called All City Plumbing and Parker arrived who was courteous and friendly and addressed the leak asap with the greatest professionalism. I opted for a tankless water heater and Parker took on the challenge despite several logistical issues. The work was completed with a flawless result. I couldn’t be happier and would highly suggest Parker as your plumber for life. I love the attention to detail with his services and would recommend him to my family and friends. Ivan G of All City Plumbing did an excellent job. He arrived on the job site in a timely fashion, reviewed my desired work, identified additional work that could be useful, provided several estimates covering several options of itemized work tasks, obtained the needed supplies, installed everything, and reviewed all installations. Ivan G is extremely friendly and was easy to interact with during all parts of the process. My wife and I really appreciate that he took the extra time to find a brass ball valve main shut-off valve instead of the more readily available hard plastic ones which do not weather well in the sun. During the entire installation process, Ivan G. was careful in the work that he performed and continued to provide additional repair options when needed, regardless of the presented challenges or how late in the day it was getting. This included handling a less than pristine mounting flange for one of the toilets, as well as one of the sink faucet kits which I bought having two "hot" cartridges instead of a "hot" and "cold" cartridge. My wife and I have used All City Plumbing before and will continue to do so. Thanks again Ivan for all of your careful work, we could not be more pleased.

All City was great. Parker was great and had great communication skills.

I called All City Plumbing to get a estimate for 3 faucets to be replaced, 2 toilets to get re-set, and 1 full shower hardware replacement. Met with at least 3 other plumbers before All City sent over Matt. Right away Matt was friendly, respectful, and a true professional. Talked me through all my options from most expensive to most cost effective. After Matt walking me through all my options I felt that All City Plumbing is who I wanted to go with. Not only was I satisfied with all work done, I was impressed by the attention to detail and cleanliness of the job. Matt actually left my home looking better than when he arrived. Matt truly knows his industry well. I can’t express what a true pleasure it was to to have had had Matt work on my home. Next time I need any plumbing work done on my home I’ll be sure to call Matt from All City Plumbing.

dylan allee did a very good job and very professional. He is very knowledgeable to his profession and able to diagnose the problem. one of the water pipe was punctured with nail and caused the water to leak. He gave us an honest qoute and discount. I highly recommend.

Dylan Allee was great and took the time to show us all the possible issues that were wrong with our leak. He was very professional and on time which was great considering we have little ones. He fixed our issues quick and lead us in the direction to get other repairs done which was extremely helpful.

All city was easy to work with. And were at my house within an hour. Their plumber Ruben wad friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me options for the repair Ruben worked until 10PM to make sure my family had water.

Review of inspection and estimate bid process. This is a solid, honest, and professional company. Thank you to Ivan who came out to the property to assess a mainline leak by our sidewalk. He offered impeccable service and respect with understanding of my needs for plumbing repairs. All City came through with requested bids for both a 2 foot patch repair and a full water mainline replacement for several types of piping and methods. Ivan provided proper legal estimate contracts and scope of work details, responded promptly and courteously to all phone calls, emails and texts. As it turned out the County Public Works Department easily fixed the connector leak when repairing the sidewalk concrete and the mainline was confirmed as stable. The mainline had been replaced prior, unbeknownst to me. No extra repairs were needed. I definitely would have contracted All City to do this repair if it was necessary. Ivan is the best, very kind and polite as was the office staff and Dominic who booked the appointment. I’m glad All City is in the OC area! It was efficient work and professional. Materials were current and modern. Everyone I encountered with AllCity Plumbing was friendly and professional and knowledgeable. Ruben Silva was our technician and he was responsive and communicative. It was pricey but good work always is. I would recommend this company again.

AJ N. and his crew were amazing! We initially called All City Plumbing in order to service a clogged kitchen sink. They discovered the issue and presented us with all our options. We had a lot of questions because we wanted to understand the full scope of the issue; AJ was very thorough and did a great job explaining each of our options. We never felt pressured to choose a particular service. In fact, we felt very informed and comfortable because all of our questions were being clearly answered. I am by no means a plumbing expert but we now feel more knowledgeable after having him and his crew around. Ultimately, we decided for them to perform a huge job that spanned several days. Over the course of the work, they kept us informed of any additional items of interest along with the progress. They were also very respectful of our home and overall, a pleasure to be around. We are extremely grateful for him and his crew performing a very tough task timely and correctly. I 100% recommend AJ N. and his crew. We knew we were in good hands and are extremely satisfied not only with the work that was done for our home, but also the process throughout. True professionals!

This is the second time we have used All City Plumbing. We love the crew that came to work on our plumbing both times. Matt Robbeloth made sure everything was done perfectly. Matt worked the best deal for us too. The other plumbers Paul T., Jose P., and Ivan S. All worked there butts off. They were all polite and a joy to have in our home. Matt came back the next day after it was done and made sure my bathroom was spotless. My husband feels like Matt is family now. I spent many hours trying to clear a drainage pipe myself. Finally realized I needed a professional. Dominick of All City Plumbing found roots that had broken into a drainage pipe, removed the roots, and replaced and the pipe. I am very thankful for his hard work and speedy repair.

I had a gas valve and water valves that were woefully old and needed replacing. I read the reviews for All City and was impressed so I gave them a call. From the beginning, the experience was fantastic. Jasmine answered my call and was pleasant, informative, and answered all of my questions. She was able to get someone out to my house in a day! The day of service I received a text from my tech, Ruben, letting me know he was on his way, and he was early at that! I can’t say enough great things about Ruben. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and just an all around cool dude! He had my gas valve fixed within 15 minutes, which is no small task. The valve and piping are over 50 years old. I was impressed with how quickly and thoroughly the job was done. He had to come back the next day to replace the water valves so we made an appointment for the next morning. Let me first say, I am an early riser. I jokingly told Ruben this the prior day when asked what time he could arrive the next day, we set the appointment for 9am (I’m already up for 3 hours normally). At 7am I get a text that he is on his way, Ruben followed this up with a phone call making sure it was ok to come that early. OF COURSE! Again, he showed up smiling and ready to go. Despite the challenges of the ancient pipes he had the job done in no time. He was also kind enough to provide new hoses for the washing machine. Additionally, he actually made a run to the hardware store to get a longer gas hose to accommodate where I intended to position my stacked washer/dryer! Let me emphasize again, I cannot say enough great things about Ruben and the service I received. He went above and beyond any expectations and was able to get a job done that I thought near impossible. People like him are rare these days and not only does his personal work ethic shine through, but by proxy he makes All City a cut above and beyond all plumbing companies. I will defiantly be using them, and requesting Ruben, for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.

Pierre Anaya explained in detail the work required. He provided photos to better explain the work required. He also repaired a bad plumbing job done several years ago. I am immensly happy with the outcome.

Derek was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He did an excellent job replacing my water heater.

They did the job but super expensive. They tried to do another plumbing task that was not urgent. I found a much cheaper plumber at a fraction of the cost that they were asking.
