 + -1 moreI do not feel that the unit is working to my satisfaction. I feel that the timer is screwed up or something. Sometimes it does not heat properly. I think that the control needs reset or something. Of course, I do not know the first thing about this and guess what, no help from this company I tell ya. I would not say that they are the most professional people. I am very disappointed in them and I do not think that I will ever have them back again.
Description of Work: Air Conditioning Engineering installed a 3.5 ton air conditioning unit into my one story home.

 + -1 moreWE HAD A RECALL ON A HEATING UNIT. HE CAME OUT AND GAVE US THE ESTIMATE. HE TOLD US THAT THESE HEATERS COULD CATCH THE HOUSE ON FIRE. HE SAID YOU COULD LEAVE IT LIKE THAT, OR YOU COULD CHANGE. I KNEW HE WAS TELLING THE TRUTH BECAUSE HAD TOLD US THAT BEFORE. THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK WAS EXCELLENT.
