After the third request to reschedule, I gave up. The first time they called to say that "a truck broke down". This was fine - they called, we set up another appointment. The second time the driver, Rob, arrived but said he needed a 'longer hose'. This was so-so, but still fine. The third visit was set up. This time they called to say that Rob called in sick but I was still on the schedule. I reminded them that they needed to bring the longer hose, they said that was noted and should be fine. An hour later they called and said the technician 'forgot the longer hose' and he was 'yelled at'. I was told that was unacceptable and they were very appalled. When they attempted to reschedule for the fourth time I declined. Apparently, they were not appalled enough to bring the longer hose to the driver or my home so my service could be competed on their third failed visit.

Good, but dry time was longer than stated.

The technician was really friendly and very knowledgeable. They didn’t try to sell you stuff that you didn’t really need and they were pretty honest.

They did a great job! We were very happy and satisfied with their carpet cleaning.

The employee arrived on time and we explained he needed to do a bleed test on the Turkish rug. He did and there was no problem with cleaning it. He pretreated all three items and then cleaned them. He gave us shoe coverings and told us everything should dry in a few hours. The next morning the stairs were still damp and the rug was wet! The moisture has soaked through the padding to the hardwood floors. We built a fire and turned the heat up. The rug was finally dry when we checked it the following morning. We had to dry the padding and put a tarp under the Turkish rug. I called and left a message stating my dissatisfaction and to date haven't received a call back.
