Brent is a really great guy, nice, and knowledgeable about his job. My call for service was not scheduled but was more of an emergency with ants and springtails taking over the kitchen counter. Brent squeezed me in within one day and came out of his way to my house to make sure my family was taken care of and my wife could cook again in a clean and bug free kitchen. Brent and his team provided the best customer service and their price is the best in town! Canâ t beat it! Amazing value!

I have been using Brent with Suburban for over 15 years now. He has stuck with me though loss of jobs, moving, "things being tight" whatever the case. He has always been understanding to the situation. He as a person and a business owner is absolutely wonderful. Brents services are always professional, he uses chemicals that are safe around pets, when he sprays he takes extra care to stay away from our pond and garden areas. Which is always greatly appreciated. He is always on time is through and quick. I cannot recommend this business enough.

Brent is always friendly and reliable, and makes a point of letting you know when he will be on site as well as if any schedule changes are necessary. Comes out on an agreed frequency, but is also very flexible if an issue arises between visits.
