 + -1 moreEveryone at Sierra Aire were very professional, punctual, responded quickly to emails. They kept me informed on their schedule and worked well with me as I was performing some work in the same location of the HVAC system. The work was performed during the time of year when we didn't use the HVAC system as often and Sierra Aire still made the new installation a top priority. I will use them again for my semi annual system check ups and the replacement of our second HVAC system when it becomes unrepairable.
Description of Work: Replaced one of our two HVAC systems with a 95% AFUE, 15 SEER system. Included sheet metal plenums for supply and return, replaced return air ducting, condensation drain pan with auto shut off switch, new flue pipe routing, digital thermostat, duct seal and Title 24 duct test, permits and tax. Hauled away old system, ducting and debris.

 + -1 moreIt was a fabulous experience. The owner, Patrick, even serviced us even though we were out of his service area. He was very prompt in returning calls. Patrick also explained the issues that were most important and those issues that can wait. He didn't try to up sell us even though he could have. We are planning to call him to inspect the AC when the summer weather comes. He will perform a tune up and inspection. I would recommend his services. His service fee was much less expensive than his competitors that I found on Craigs List.
Description of Work: Patrick, the owner quickly and correctly diagnosed a problem with our furnace. He enabled us to complete the repair on our own and saved us a lot of money.
