+ -1 moreWe liked the versatility of the Bullfrog hot tub, which allows for easy replacement of the jet styles. So, the hot tub product was appealing, and the price was OK. We were almost ready to buy except that their installation crew does not perform the code-required electrical work to connect the hot tub to an older circuit.

+ 0 moreThe hot tub we purchased was in stock, so they were able to deliver it in less than a week. They already had the permit in hand from the City of Elk Grove and were able to do the electrical work that same day. As they were filling the tub up with water, they showed us all of the chemicals and how to use them. We were in our hot tub that evening. It was perfect. I have had several questions since we had it set up and Dave is always very responsive. I would reccomend this company to anyone considering purchasing a hot tub!
Description of Work: We looked at several places to purchase a spa. But then a friend told us that he heard Bull Frog spas were really nice. So we looked online and went to the Sacramento Hot Tub Warehouse in Rancho Cordova. They had a great showroom with a lot of spas to look at. The owner, Dave Clark, was very friendly and helpful. He walked us through all of the features and options to choose from on Bullfrog Spas, and then showed us a different line of spas that were more economical. We were going to wait with the purchase of the spa until we found a contractor to run the electricty, but we were told this company would deliver, run electricty with the proper permits, and set it up for us. He also told us that once set up, he would go over it and show us which chemicals to use, and how often, etc. It was a one stop purchase which made it very easy for us. So we purchased a Bull Frog Spa and set up a time for them to come out and install.
