Dillon, my Nerd Tech, fixed all the issues I had with my desktop and laptop computers. He also cleaned up and uninstalled all unnecessary software programs in both computers. Now both my computers are operating perfectly.

I have a writing practice with some prominent clients. When on deadline to deliver newsletters, magazines and brochures, computer glitches are the worst. I try to keep my system upgraded and up-to-date and that is why I count on Nerds on Call. I have had some problems from time to time and the NOC technicians are knowledgeable, patient and efficient. They have saved my bacon more than once. I highly recommend the Nerds if you depend on income earned through your computer. I have been a satisfied customer for about a decade.

Brought my computer in on a Monday fearing the worst! They diagnosed the bad hard drive overnight, called me with the repair recommendations. They were able to retrieve ALL of my info and I had it back by Wednesday, BETTER than new!! They were very knowledgeable and willing to explain exactly what was wrong so I could understand in layman s terms. Great customer service!
