+ -1 moreHe beat 3 other bids who were not going to increase duct size which meant that cooling would not inmprove upstairs.His bid was comparable but incuded larger ducts which meant alll the difference upstairs.
Description of Work: Replaced existing 2 ton a/c with 21/2 ton and furnace and used larger ducts in upstairs to add more cooling circulation.Ran a new freon line up the outside of wall to attic and then to condensesr coil.
