Lets start with the representative being an hour late with no call to say they would be late. I talked to them at the Visalia home show and after I explained my project they said its something they would be happy to bid on. Once the appointment got started and I showed the person the bathroom his first comment was "do you have another bathroom we could do?" He was in over his head and had to call someone and then went into a presentation about how bad Tile is, how dirty it is, and how it grows mold, so he did not recommend what I showed him for my project. I saw a book of cheap acrylic units that were put in people's homes but it was not what I wanted as I wanted a Master bath with a spa feel, not a plastic feel. After he finished his sales pitch and took my measurements I was told someone would call me back with a quote. Instead of a quote, I got a call asking how the appointment went and if I was ready to sign up. No one ever called back with the "estimate" guess they only deal in plastic shower stalls. If the person as the home show would have told the truth I would not have taken time off from work or wasted my time.
