I hired KDesigners to install siding plus insulation package on my stucco house. The workmen did an excellent job & the materials look good to me. The guys were quick and efficient. They worked until dark and anything I said needed to get done, they said "no problem".

I had the siding and sopping saysha. It went okay but my saysha is falling off and I had to pay to have them replaced last year. This year it also fell off because they used nails that rusted through cause I live by the ocean. Basically all the siding and all of the sopping saysha is really nothing holding it on cause all the nails are rusted through. i called them in May and I'm still waiting on them to get back to me.

I hired K Designers, then released them from the contract. Their price was insane, the contact with corporate scared me off. I was unable to find a stucco company to time it with my windows, and they kept pushing the sale. High pressure sales and high pressure phone calls. Do you self a favor and don't give them your number.

The price was a little high but, other than that, their service was good. After a year my large living room window is failing and I have attempt to contact and they are stalling.

We don?t have a single complaint. We were impressed with Ron Waldon, our marketing director because he literally spent hours with us in the beginning while we set up our plan to figure out what financing we could qualify for and was knowledgeable about which options were energy efficient and could qualify for income tax credits and then how to best spend those dollars to achieve our goals. He took pictures of our house before the renovation and even stopped by once the siding installers were working to make sure we were satisfied with the workmanship. The job began and ended ahead of schedule even when a rain storm caused a few slight delays. We really want to thank everyone that worked on our project. The installers for the sliding glass door took the time to frame the inside with real wood finishing instead of the vinyl that came with the sliding glass door package. We really appreciated this attention to detail very much. The vinyl installers Konrad and Ziggy were so amazing too. They transformed our home with durable vinyl product by insulating and covering our old ugly siding. Some of the siding had to be torn down and they took on the challenge with no problem. The garage door installer removed all the old bent up door with its railings and replaced it with a wonderful new door that seems custom made just for our garage. We can no longer hear much noise from the street in the garage with this new insulated door and we think it will help keep the garage cooler in the summer months to come. Also, last but certainly not least, we noticed that each and every installer hauled away all the old materials and cleaned the area they were working in at the end of shift each and every day during our project. We must give a special thank you to Michelle Stone for assisting us promptly with each and every question that we had throughout this whole process. She is truly an asset to K Designers in that she and Ron are a great team and kept our project on track the entire time. We would really recommend this company to others thinking about giving their house a make over.

Windows were measured by 2 different people, yet some windows didn't fit properly and had to be removed and redone. Installers weren't experienced, and it took several months before the work was finished to an acceptable state. Communication was not good.

The call center called twice to schedule an appointment. The salesman ("Marketing Director") arrived on time and was very pleasant and very professional. He spent a bit too much time hyping the company, its history, its sales office (somewhat local to us), "lifetime" (ours, the house's, ?) warranty, its awards, its manufacturing, etc., etc., etc. Actually, we were impressed. USA company and all but urged him to get on with the pricing. After measurements of this small (22" wide x 22 1/2" high) fixed, obscure glass bathroom window, he priced out a simple slider at about $1,450. My wife and I both gasped said "no way" because it was over 3x any other bid. At that point, memories of the hassle of buying a car from a slick car salesman came to mind. After asking if they could put a sign in front for the day (more than that not allowed by our CC&Rs), and after asking if they could take before and after pictures, and after applying discounts and other voodoo hand-waving, the pricing magically came down to $823, still a bit over 2x the highest bid. We had to call by Saturday to get that extra special low price. Yeah, argon filled, triple E stuff, tempered (5'-7' high over shower), regular-obscure (not designer-obscure for more $), but still 2x others. We thanked Kelly and called J & J to get the $400 version.

I've been working with this company for 6 months, and just today I had the last shutter installed. They had to take it and cut it twice! They lied to me and told me I would have a no interest account, which is not true. And I have just overall had a terrible experience. I would not recommend this company!

The sales experience was positive, although it lasted far longer than expected. My first surprise was when the team was preparing for the thermal coating job on the house exterior. I bought the product because I was told I'd never need to do anything other than power wash the exterior for as long as I owned my home. During preparation, I received a call indicating that they'd stand by the guarantee, but that I'd need to have work done every 6 years to touch it up since I had some siding in need of repair. And they tried to sell me a siding upgrade, because if I did that, too, I wouldn't need to have them come every 6 years. Eventually, I was let out of the contract and went with a conventional paint job which cost less than 25% of the price I was quoted by K-Designers. Regarding the other two projects, the insulation and the thermal window film, I went ahead with these as planned. The insulation installation went fine in the top floor of my house, but it did not go well in my son's room. K-Designers had to put an access in the ceiling, but they did not do it right the first time, and someone needed to come back and redo it. The issue was that K-Designers didn't bring people to the job site with the necessary skills. Another issue in my son's room cropped up when K-Designers assessed that they couldn't put on the reflective material as planned because the crawl space was too tight. I did not receive any compensation for the reduced scope. The thermal film on the glass went on ok, but now it's starting to bubble on one of the large windows, and I'm thinking of removing it. One more issue with K-Designers was communication. In my experience, other than the sales person, the group did not return phone calls or email promptly.

I am redoing a complete house inside and out. We have had several people to the house to give us bids and do work for us.This company was by far the most unprofessional we have dealt with.

I didn't quite like them. They don't communicate properly. The rubber end of the garage door was not installed properly, as they put the outside portion on the inside. Then I had to call them to resolved it. I wasn't really thrilled with them.

They're a high intensity sales group. I didn't like that they badgered me to sell their products. It was overpowering, but the work they did was good. I did not like doing business with them. They lied about the fact that I had to pay before the workers got paid.

They worked really hard. Their job was very hard because of many technical issues. I personally would have been crying in my beer if I were these guys, but they persevered and it's been a very good job. It looks quite nice and we've had no problems with it so far. It has a warranty of a lifetime.

I canceled my original contract with them because I read about them but they came back and asked what they could do for me. They were really nice and professional, and they provided great service. My experience with them was very good. The subcontractor that came out to put in the garage door was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The guys that did the windows were the same: professional, knowledgeable, and great quality. I was really surprised that they got such bad reviews.

The guys were here and took a lot of time getting the house ready for the coating. IT took a lot of time because the paint was coming of and they had re-do a couple of place. They did a good job.

Quality of work was excellent, as was the upfront customer service. They custom-make their own windows. We are very happy with the windows themselves. Price is much higher than competition, but quality of the windows also appear to be better. However, they put the wrong glass in one of the windows and it took them almost two months to replace the glass with the correct ones. Customer service regarding this last portion of work was extremely poor (unreturned phone calls, promise to call with no follow-through).

K-Designers did not live up to my expectations as they cut the windows too short and the windows were supposed to be at least seventy percent noise and dust free. My bedroom window is still very loud. I called them and told them about my problem and they just put foam stuff around the windows. I still have leaks and I am not very happy with their work.

I THOUGHT THAT THEIR SALESMEN WERE VERY COURTEOUS. THEY WERE HELPFUL AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY EVEN WORKED WITH ME ON THE PRICE. THE ONLY BAD THING ABOUT THEM WAS HOW LATE THEY WERE WHEN THEY CAME OUT.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH WHAT I GOT. THEY ARE A LITTLE PRICEY BUT I THINK OTHERS SHOULD GIVE THEM A TRY. I THINK I GOT SOME OF THE BEST WINDOWS OUT THERE. THEY WERE FINE & THE SALESMEN WERE NOT PUSHY.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. MY UTILITY BILLS HAVE GONE DOWN. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH COMPANY. THEY CLEAN UP REALLY GOOD. THEY DID THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THEY WERE A VERY NOTEWORTHY COMPANY AND THEIR WORK WAS IMPECCABLE. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE COMPANY. THEY TOOK CARE OF ANY PROBLEMS WE HAD IMMEDIATELY. THEY WERE ALSO VERY REASONABLY PRICED.

I LIKE THAT THEY ARE HONEST. THEY DO A GREAT JOB. IT'S NICE THAT THEIR WORK HAS A WARRANTY. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE AND THEY WORK VERY QUICKLY.

THIS WAS A GOOD COMPANY. THEY WERE RELIABLE AND DID A GOOD JOB. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES EVERYDAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE FINISHED PROJECT. THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK. THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

I LIKED THE COMPANY QUITE A BIT. I LIKED THEIR SALES REPRESENTATIVE, BUT I HAD A COUPLE OF ISSUES WITH THE CREW THEMSELVES. I DON'T THINK THEIR PROFESSIONALISM WAS THE GREATEST, BECAUSE I THINK THEY WERE RELIEVING THEMSELVES IN MY BACK YARD.
