Excellent services, they have expert staff, very professional and very reasonable prices. They have fixed our kitchen water filte, tap and leakage. They were on time. They inform you before their technicians arrive, send their picture and info.

Taking a little longer than expected due to the high quantities of rain and the holidays. Mostly due to the high quantities of rain. Over 6 inches of rain in the past 10 days.

The company responded quickly and an appointment was made for the next day. The service rep was able to make a few suggestions on things to try to improve the performance of our low-flow toilet. We wanted him to â snakeâ our toilet, but he said there was no need as the toilet seemed to be working fine. He warned us not to flush the flushable wipes. We donâ t do that, so we feel he may have jumped to that conclusion since he could see the flushable wipes above the toilet. He increased the tank fill to the highest level. He said if that doesnâ t help, then we could consider retrofitting to a standard flush. The toilet still seems to need extra flushes to make sure everything goes out of the bowl. Thatâ s the reason we didnâ t give them 5 stars.

Everyone was great. The work was excellent as well as the cost.

I have a very old house that has a very old kitchen. The faucet was a wall mount on a corner sink. It was not an easy job since the faucet was ancient and it took some muscle to get it off and the new one that I had found mounted. But it has made a world of difference in water flow and stopped a very annoying leak.

They were pricey. $360 to replace a shower valve cartridge that took all of 15 minutes to complete. That said, they were quick to the site, professional, courteous, and got the job done quickly.
