+ -1 moreIt was fine. He was honest. The price he actually quoted me was a little less tan he had originally thought. So that was nice. he listened to my ideas and my plans and came up with a sketch. He was very professional.

Description of Work: We went with them for our kitchen remodel, despite being one of the higher estimates we received... And we're so glad we did! Super-friendly, conscientious, and professional crew. We've heard so many nightmare stories about kitchen remodels gone bad - this was the complete opposite!

The crews were very courteous and answered any questions during the process. This was an excellent remodel by Jp Construction and would highly recommend them for any construction.
Description of Work: A complete kitchen gut, removing walls and increasing the over all kitchen by another 200sq. ft.

Description of Work: JP Construction did a full kitchen/great room remodel for us. The entire process was very professional and the outcome is a beautiful space we will be enjoying for many years to come. Having never done a home remodeling project we were so impressed with how smooth and timely it was. We will be doing more remodeling projects in the future and we will certainly be using JP Construction again.

+ 7 moreThe project was on schedule, in budget and the crew was the best I have ever dealt with. The project manager was hands on, customer service oriented and could build anything. His 2 associates were hard working and a pleasure to deal with. The work was total quality. This company really aims to please and delivered every day.
Description of Work: The company provided a turn key operation for renovating our old kitchen. They completely gutted it, replaced the electrical, plumbing, drywall and installed new cabinetry, counters, appliances, wood flooring, lighting and paint. It was a total renovation of an older home kitchen.

+ -1 moreThe roof removal company sent an army of workers, taking the roof down to the rafters in short order, very organized and clean process, very thorough, used a magnet making sure no nails/staples were left in lawn, planters. Roof installers layed new plywood to finish shingles in about 3 days. It was a very clean process. Solar folks finished up in the timeframe. Every worker I dealt with was most professional and friendly. Overall timing was great, Jim Green told me they line their jobs up one at a time, his roofers are never assigned to multiple jobs. For me, this was huge. I didn't want days to pass wondering when someone would show up. Great communication!
Description of Work: I just purchased a home, the roof needed replacing and pool solar system needed repair. JP Construction is a GC, specializing in roofing from start to finish. Jim Green met with me, brought me samples, answered all my questions, talked to me about new code upgrades. I wanted the solar panels moved from the front of roof to rear. Jim Green was very supportive that this could happen. JP Const. brought in a solar company they work with to inspect, bid and ultimately complete part of the work. JP Const. uses a sub for removal of existing roof, their own crew did actual roof installation and after, the solar company repaired and reinstalled the solar system, upgrading everything to code in the process. I had great access to Jim Green throughout the process. I did not pay anything up front. I paid for the roofing on completion, and then I paid for the solar portion on it's completion. One contract, one company. Roof was under $15K (50 year, comp), and solar was about $3,400.
