Jones Bros Pest Control

Talked with the service advisor and got great information of how to naturally take care of a one time problem with ants infesting my tree and getting into neighbors house.

They arrived at the appointed time. The inspection was thorough and identified several issues which wanted repairs. They arranged for a contractor to make those repairs at a reasonable cost.

My ratings are base on my initial observation of Jones Bros. I cannot not make any further comment at this time. In one year I could make a more accurate assessment.

I am happy with the service. My only complaint was that they didn’t always call before coming (I bought a package of quarterly treatments) so I wasn’t home sometimes to let them into restricted areas. Also, one gentleman said he needed to treat inside while the other did not. All of that aside, I have not seen any bugs and they were super nice service men.

Very good. We went on the yearly plan. The only flaw in their system is that no bug control is needed for four months - November through February, but you have to pay for at least one visit during this time frame. Service guy is always polite and helpful and goes around the house checking eves for cobwebs and hornet nests. Cost is $100/visit

Jones did very well. Communications were excellent both before, during and after. Knowledgeable and courteous. They were punctual. Seemed to have solved the problem.

I found a reddish roach in my garage, so I thought I needed major pest control. They came and told me that this particular kind of roach was not common in my area and was likely a refugee from a climate event happening in its normal habitat. I hired them anyway and they have been very helpful in maintaining the property free of roaches (I never saw another one) and in intervening when other kinds of bugs have proven problematic, especially the wasps that seem to like my back yard.

Rick Meder came and did a yard spray. This was my 3rd spray in the last 2 years...I get the yard spray special here on angies list and I don't have any problems for 3-6 months depending on weather. Rick has done my yard each time so the company values relationships/repeat business. He will discuss any issues you are having prior to beginning and will tailor the treatment to your needs. Afterwards, he'll summarize anything he found/warranty for the next 30 days and recommend next treatment. This is one less thing for me to worry about with good service and no hassles.

Antonio was very informative and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction.

These guys are grate. They even re-lock the gate, that I open for them.

I have been using them since October 2014. I would highly recommend them to others. The technician Antonio is fantastic and gave me really good advice and he was able to resolve it quickly. He is very smart and knows his stuff.

Serviceperson was professional and covered the entire front an back yards. He explained what he was doing and the areas that he felt the fleas were more prevalent. On time, and did what we wanted done.

Due, apparently, to the drought, my home was recently swarmed with ants. My control efforts were mocked by increasing legions of the little b...er, critters. Based upon all my previous bad experiences with pest control companies, I sought a local company with a good rating on Angie's List. And I found one. Two months ago, I signed a year contract with highly rated Jones Bros PC for a treatment every two months. Today, John (this time accompanied by Steve) paid a fourth visit. My large yard is apparently Valhalla for ants. John treats both outside and inside. Their price is fixed and work is guaranteed so there is no charge for these additional visits. Considering that we started with such large populations, we seem to be approaching a reasonably manageable number. My wife and I are so happy to have Jones Bros on our side during this competition.

They were great and I gave them an A. They got rid of it.

We've had them for about 25 years now. It's $48 a month. We seem to be pretty much free of most things that are irritating like bugs and insects. Our service person is very nice and personable, and he has been doing it the entire time we've had the service. They seem to do a good job. What they charge seems like a fair price to me. He is here every time on time. I'm sure his schedule varies but he is usually here between 10 and 1. He is very professional.

We had a very bad experience with our last pest control company and had stopped having our home sprayed for about a year. After seeing the reviews on Angie's List, we started using Jones Bros Pest Control on a bi-monthly basis. The staff was very polite and accommodating and our technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. It''s still early in the game, but we are happy so far.

When I called for the appointment a very friendly woman answered the phone and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. She told me that there was no charge for someone to come check out the problem and give me a quote. Antonio showed up on time and put on booties to come into the house. I showed him the bug problem and he knew right away what it was. He quoted me a price and went to work right away. He even checked other areas of the house and found a few more bugs that he sprayed for. He told me to give it two weeks and if they didn't clear up completely, that he would come back within 30 days and do a follow up spray at no additional charge. So far, so good.

I have had them for the past couple of years and they don't have a lot of turn over in their staff which helps them stay consistent and professional. They are based out of Rancho Cordova so they dont' have far to travel if I have an issues and the techs know their business and can answer any questions that I have.
