Dan was our technician, and he was great. He was patient, he explained everything, and he try and up sale us. He was all done less than an hour and had everything cleaned up. We even had a garage ceiling panel that had partially come down, and he re-attached that for us. He went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend him to our family and friends.

Very pleased from the time I received my estimate to the final installation. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Installer was very professional and responsive to my many questions. Great job!

Though I had some problems, after install, through no fault of them, they promptly can out (3x) and made the necessary adjustments at no cost to me. They were kind, understanding and professional and did the service with a ready smile.

Overall, a good experience. A bit rigid on scheduling. When a schedule issue came up several days prior to installation, a $250 charge was going to be assessed to reschedule. Yes it was in the contract... but really put me in a bind ?. Gives the perception of a company that values profits over people.

Excellent service and friendly and efficient installation

Very happy with everything from the estimate through the installation. During the estimate I felt that all the options were explained to me and any questions that I had were answered completely. Mike was a great representative of the company. During installation James also proved to be a great representative. He explained everything that he was going to do and when he saw a possible roadblock he showed me and then suggested a workaround that was acceptable to me. The door works great and I would recommend this company to anyone.

I myself was involved in maintenance and repair forever 35 years and they exceeded my expectations I highly recommend this company

I received very professional service. Mathew ran into a few challenges and explained how he felt they should be handled. Since I have a lot of construction experience I agreed with his judgement. The garage door works well. And I appreciated being included in the decisions. I was completely happy with Mathews considerate manners and skill set for the beautiful quite garage door. Mike Brumfield came to diagnose my problem. He told me what should be done in detail very professionally. I agreed and he wrote a quotation how much it will cost me. I agreed and the job was scheduled in 3 days. Eric arrived on time, removed the old and installed the new and finished the job as promised. Job well done. The new one was a lot better than the old.
