Grisler Air Conditioning and Heating

John bailed us out when JR Putman pulled a bait and switch and disabled our heater during the coldest week of the year. Grisler came to the rescue with professionalism and courtesy and installed a whole new system at a fair price. We felt well taken care of. Can't speak highly enough of this contractor.

John was a great guy to work with, he gave us a free estimate on the work and then went above and beyond to help us get the unit we wanted at a good price and even fixed an electrical problem he found while installing our system. The install was done an an addition to our home and the previous owner had some shoddy electrical work done which John identified and told us what should have been done (code) and fixed it for us at no cost but his time (free). In this day and age of the quick buck John really was attentive and walked us through our many options while being very professional and not at all disruptive to our home while doing the work. He even loved up on our dog and never pressured us to do anything other then what we asked him to do. No hard sell or upgrade type of sales just "what would you like and how can I help?" I have and would recommend Grisler Air conditioning and heating to anyone looking for a good guy who does GREAT WORK!
