Excellent.

We were told that the parts needed to be ordered and it would take from 7-10 business days to get them. On the 20th, I called to see if the parts were in yet as we needed the microwave for Thanksgiving! I was told the part was not in yet. On the 26th, I again called and was told that the part wasn't in yet and because the magnetron couldn't be air freighted, it would take an additional 7-10 business days to get here! At that point, I called my local Appliance Part Center in Citrus Heights, ordered the part and it was delivered overnight! I had Golden State come back out on the 28th and install the parts with the stipulation that I would not pay for more than 2 hours of repair time. Needless to say, the install was done in 1 1/2 hours!

They were very professional. They diagnosed the problem and in one day they got the parts and fixed it. They really are a hassle free company to work with and I would highly recommend them for appliance repairs.

Joe Hudson, the Service Technician, always called prior to coming to the house, even with an appointment. He was on time, very professional and Golden State was reasonably priced.

Rocky, the repair man, arrived on time and found that the door latch mechanism was broken and had to be replaced. He had to order the part. Rocky returned 16 days later to install the new door latch. While pulling a wire connector from a bracket, he broke the bracket which had to be replaced. Rocky had to order the part. He returned nine days later and installed the new bracket and new door latch. I was without a dishwasher for an extra nine days and didn't even get an apology for my being inconvenienced. He gave me a 10% discount however it appears that he charged me for the replacement bracket. I can't be sure because he didn't give me an itemized receipt.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE COURTEOUS AND HAVE REASONABLE PRICES. IF THEY TELL ME THEY ARE GOING TO BE HERE BETWEEN 10 AND 12. THEY USUALLY COME WITHIN THAT TIME.
