We have used Fox a number of times, for both our AC and heating systems. Our technician, Kyle, was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He fixed everything for a reasonable price and explained it all carefully. We subscribed to the annual service and are very glad we did.

Awesome people and service. Originally contacted them in August 2017 (100+ day) after the installer of my HVAC unit couldn't come out to repair the unit for 1 1/2 weeks. Fox came out the next day and had it working in 20 minutes. Turned out to be a shoddy electrical connection from the installation company. I signed up for the annual service. Fall 2018 during the service, the technician noticed the furnace flue was leaking condensation onto my ceiling. The installation company had done a poor job of gluing the furnace pipe together, and the joint was leaking. Called the installer, but they refused to come out and fix their sloppy work. Fox fixed it in 30 minutes. I've had both Collin and Aaron come to my house and they know what they are doing. Regarding the flue issue, Aaron could have easily sold me on replacing the whole flue, but he suggested we start with the least expensive solution first, and it worked. I appreciate the no oversell.

Excellent customer service! Melissa answered all my questions, provided helpful suggestions, and explained how their technician would trouble-shoot and repair or replace my unit. Appointment was scheduled, tech called to let me know he was about 5 mins away. Colin arrived, he discussed the problem with me, tried a few things to revive the old controller, and determined it really needed to be replaced. I had purchased a new unit and he assured me it would work just fine once installed. Took just a few minutes to remove the old unit ( he even asked if I had any paint as the new unit was much smaller than the old one!) installed the new unit, tested the heat and cooling cycles, explained all the buttons on the screen, replaced the furnace filter for me AND fixed the entry door on the furnace that I've been having so much trouble with since I've developed Rheumatoid arthritis in my hands! All this took about an hour, no mess, old parts will be disposed of properly, and a professional job all the way! Thanks so much Colin and Fox Family. I will gladly recommend you to my friends.

The technician arrived on time and was very polite, professional, and respectful of our home. It turned out to be a minor part that needed replacing, but the technician explained all of the options available to me and now our heater is working great!

Fox Family did an outstanding job installing 23 solar panels on top of my home. They were really helpful at answering all my questions about what needed to happen and why. If you want the best care, expertise and customer service then I highly recommend you go with these guys!!!!!!!

I can't say enough good things about Fox Family Heating and Air. My heater stopped working and they were recommended to me by a friend. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Greg called beforehand to let me know he was on his way, which I very my appreciated. He poked around and ultimately replaced my pressure switch (which he had on his truck) and had me up and running again in no time. He was very friendly, straightforward, and honest, and I felt comfortable having him in my home. I ended up signing up for their maintenance club, so I will definitely have them back. I would recommend Fox Family to anyone in need of HVAC service!

Greg came and was on time.... Looked very professional, and even workedd with my schedule for the appointment. Greg handled our issue with top notch service, knowledge, and integrity. I can't say enough how impressed I was with FOX HEATING and Air... They are our new go to!!!!

I have known Greg for many years before starting his own business. when my system went and I heard Greg had started his own business. It was a no brainer. he is a great guy and will bend over backwards to make it great.. thanks again Greg and his crew.
