Fox's Draperies

I called the owner/operator, Jon Fox of Fox's Draperies to schedule an appointment to repair or replace the overhead rail track that broke over the weekend. The track was 10 years old so Jon recommended that I replace it. He had the part I needed in stock and scheduled an appointment the same day! Frank arrived on time and quickly took down the track and drapes and replaced it with a new track with a hand wand verses draw string opening mechanism. Parts and labor came to a very reasonable $175. Excellent customer service and quality job!!

This is the third time I've had Fox's Draperies install vinyl plantation shutters in my home. The first two times I had vinyl shutters installed in the great room, dining room and three bedrooms, Jon Fox used Buy The Way shutters which has subsequently been bought out by Hunter Douglas and is now called the Summerwind model. The original shutters were installed in 1998 and still look like new! I've had to change some of the vinyl connectors that open and close the louvers over the years, but Jon Fox has been prompt in ordering and shipping them directly to my home at minimal cost. I originally had 3-1/2" vertical curved PVC material for window coverings for the sliders in the master bedroom and kitchen, but had Fox's Draperies update the look with Sheer Radiance window coverings. We ordered a very sheer and white material, but weren't satisfied with our choice. Jon Fox and Francisco (Frank) our installer was very understanding and patient about changing out our original selection and reordering another color and fabric that blended better with our decor. Since this was our error, the final cost was about $1000.00 higher than the original estimate. However, it was worth the extra cost because the draperies look outstanding and we'll enjoy them for years. Jon Fox was great about only charging us his wholesale cost and absorbing the additional shipping and handling fees. Throughout this process, Jon's only concern was that we were happy with our draperies. I know when I buy a product from Jon Fox of Fox's Draperies that he's going to still be in business years from now and that he stands behind his products and work.
