Fausto Logistics goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for Customer Service and care. From Brianne at the front office, who was amazingly helpful and kind, to the staff who was able to show up SAME DAY when I was in a bind. Their prices are INCREDIBLY competitive, what I was quoted by other companies for my small load was insane. However, Fausto Logistics was fair and honest and affordable! Edgar the owner arrived at my home and he made things make sense .He informed me of my issues and my projects that were on a scale of priority to less priority he informed me of my issues and my projects that were on a scale of priority to less priority and we formulated a plan and I was so relieved. Project one he the company has already started moving on to project 2.
