glass block
 + -1 moreI was so happy with Dave and I have referred him to some of my clients. He charges $18 a square foot. He has never installed a wall like this before. He also did the floor, which was like $500 including labor and materials. He was very thorough and the job turned out really good. He took great pride in his work. He was also pretty dedicated. His helpers were a little bit questionable though. They just do not really have the experience that he has. There was one point that I seen he was not matching the grout lines up around the wall. I wanted all the pieces to wrap around. He did come back and he tried to fix it. He does floors more than he does anything else and he is very good with that. I will also be having him to remodel my kitchen as well.
Description of Work: Dave Lorca installed a block glass wall in my 5 X 7 bathroom. He also installed tiling that was in different sizes. The tiles were 16 X 16, 8 X 8 and 8 X 16. One side of the glass block wall was 5 foot and the other side was 7 foot.

 + 0 moreI thought he did an excellent job. He was very easy to get a hold of. He showed me the design lay out for the project. When he was engrossed in the project, he was very meticulous about how clean and even the lines were.
Description of Work: I bought some new tile for my kitchen floor and the back splash on my countertop from this contractor. He installed it and even helped me pick out the best type and color of grout.
