Great customer service. Quick response and available to answer all my questions. Professional. Did my neighbors entire fence (and another shared fence w/other neighbor) at the same time. Made quick work of it. Great fence, excellent quality. Very happy with it. Neighbor's happy with it too.

Replaced a 6 foot Board on Board redwood fence with a 7 foot Board on Board Picture Frame fence. The original fence was placed by "one of the best fence builders in Sacramento" only to develop rot at the post-ground intersection causing a large segment to fail and was blown down last fall. The replacement fence was made on August 2, 2019. I had 107 total linear feet of Board on Board, picture frame (7 foot high) fence and a gate placed. The crew torn down and removed the existing fence and placed the new fence in one day. They removed the old fence, completely cleaned the site of the old materials -no left over nails or cement. The new fence is beautiful and sturdy. I opted for the metal poles (wrapped in redwood to extend the life of the fence). I was luck because Mark let me have the Grade A (no knots) redwood for my fence that a vendor owed to him. I had to wait for him to do the job because he is in high demand. The wait was well worth it. I have had friends admire my fence since the installation. I hope it turns into many new referrals for him. This work is the reason I subscribe to Angies list.

If you are looking for the premier fence-building company in the Sacramento region, then go no further than Classic Fence Co. of Rancho Cordova. From start to finish on two backyard fence jobs they did for us in Land Park this fall, Classic’s staff performed expertly and professionally. Tom came to our home soon after we called for an estimate. That same day, he emailed us an estimate that was competitive with other companies’ prices. Tom was friendly, informative, and he never pressured us. He explained that Classic uses only the best redwood lumber and hardware. Their lumber is milled to order and is heftier than the stock used by most other fence contractors. The result is a sturdier and better-looking fence. Weeks before our job began, company co-owner Mark visited our home to handle a challenging situation with our neighbor regarding building along a shared property line. He went above and beyond in working with us on that, and we appreciated it very much. Tom and the crew arrived promptly the morning of our first project. Tom supervised the start of the work and returned later to check on its progress. The crewmen were courteous and proved to be expert fence builders. They quickly tore down the old fence and hauled off the debris without damaging our backyard. They also did a thorough cleanup. Company co-owner Travis oversaw the second fence job. He met with our neighbor at the start of the project to answer any questions. The crew that day also performed expertly, and we again were completely satisfied with the result. Cristina and the rest of Classic’s office staff handled our communications professionally. As far as scheduling, we advise you to get an estimate well in advance of when you want your fence built. Classic is so much in demand that they are generally booked eight to nine weeks out. But considering the beautiful fences they build, the wait is well worth it.

The only fence company out of the 5 that I contacted that returned every call and email the same day. The young lady in the office is a superstar and is both efficient and personable. All commitments were met, work was performed professionally, and once the work started it was done very quickly. Craftsmanship is outstanding. When they accidently drilled into an underground sprinkler line it was fixed immediately and at no cost to me. Overall, I am impressed with how they run their business.

We had 3 bids, all comparable in price. Since Classic had installed the board-on-board fence on the other side of my neighbor's yard, we chose them. They were prompt, responsive and professional.

They did a fabulous job! They have great customer service. I will recommend them and use them, again.
