From the time that they came and measured the windows until the time they installed them was only a two week period. They sent out two gentlemen to do the work. The guy that was in charge had been with the company for over fifteen years and his helper had been with the company for the last ten. I think that says a lot about a company that can keep their employees that long. They did an excellent job on the windows and didn't even damage the stucco on the outside of our home. I would without a doubt recommend them to anyone for the quality of their work and the timeliness that they are able to complete the work.

The estimator is very pleasant, although plan a long time (1-2 hrs) for walking around and discussing each window and chatting. A second rep came to double check all the measurements and the installers rechecked when they came. The office person called to give me the install date. She said to clear everything 6" from the windows, but that was overkill. We left up box valences and tied back curtains and they were fine. Clear furniture so the installers can work around the window. Check with the guy who measures if you have any questions. The installers were very pleasant. With 22 windows it took 2 days, but they only took out the windows they were replacing that day. They cleaned up well and walked me around to show me each window and how to work each latch. Overall a very good experience and great outcome.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. I LOVE THE CREW. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE VERY QUICKLY. THEY EVEN DISPOSED OF THE OLD SIDING. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

They did a real good job. I am very pleased with the windows. They are dual panes and are really nice windows. I notice a big difference in my heating cost it really makes a difference. They were professional and I would use them again.
