long store but please read if you have a tesla charger install by them or electrical work. had a tesla charger installed by them last year 2019 few months after the install the charger stop working i use the tesla model X on the weekends only and charger 1-2 times a month so probably use it less than 15-18 times when the charger stopped working i gave Aztec solar a call and one of the installer came by a week later to fix the issue. and the issue was the breaker caught on fire and burnt that was very dangerous and its a large 80 amp breaker luckily my house didn't burn down any ways their tech replace the breaker and assure me this will not happen again he also made some adjustment to the tesla charger saying the charger is the cause (which is strange because if the charger was the issue by over charger or some thing it will trip the breaker but not cause it to burnt but he knows more than me so i didn't' question him just happy it was fixed) and last month the charger stopped working again i remember the first time the same thing happened so i went to the main panel and check the breaker the breaker is still in the ON position and i can small a bit of burn plastic so i turn it to off then back to on position and i can hear arcing sound from the breaker i immediate put it to the off position again and left it there i gave Aztec solar a call told them the charger stopped working and have the same issue as last time and few days later they called me back and told me the warranty has passed and the service call is 130 dollars plus 70 dollars a hour and gas fee plus part cost. i told them the same issue they try to fix last time was not done properly and the breaker they installed has caught on fire again. they said we still have to charge you even if the problem was not fixed properly last time when the install was still in warranty. if you value your house and don't want to put your family at risk do not use these guys i had another electrician come by and he open the panel and below are the picture of the burnt breaker again the issue was the clamp on the breaker they installed is too far apart and not making good connection on the main panel so it's like a welder getting hot every time i charge and finally just caught on fire luckily this time it didn't burn down my house just have to replace this breaker with the correct one and replace the surrounding breaker that was burn by this one.

Got new hot water heater, but they said they were unable to assess the solar panel or install a new solar system.Strange, since they advertise solar hot water systems. I now do not have solar powered hot water heater, but have a regular electric one.

it went well last winter and they discovered a leak on one of the solar pipes and replaced pipes so it was extra work with extra cost. Excellent result.

Wow, I can't emphasize how great this company is. The initial meeting, the installation crews, and just the people at the company are phenomal. They go above and beyond, with personal touches! Shout outs to Ken and Blythe who were awesome to work with! Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience. The company was outstanding from start to finish of the project. I especially like working with the Blythe, Ken and the installation crew. They toook customer service up an extra level. I would highly recommend them.

Winterization tuneup was performed as scheduled.

It was fine. They did a nice job. I thought the workers were really knowledgeable and they did everything they could to make sure everything was running well.

I had a really good experience. They were very good. The price was right. They were on time and they explained the whole thing. They were very professional. The work was done in a reasonable time, quick-and-fast and very good.

After having some tree trimming done, we realized that our solar domestic hot water heating panel (already 18 years old) was doomed to be shaded by a growing oak tree within a few years. At the same time, the 12 year old solar/electric hot water heater started a slow but persistent leak, pointing to some sort of internal corrosion failure. Aztec had done very satisfactory work on installing and servicing our solar pool heater, so we called on them for an estimate. Tony (lead for services) came out and did a full review, and had several excellent suggestions on what options we had. We decided to keep the solar panel (old, but well built and with years of useful life remaining), relocate it to the back of the house, and replace the hot water heater. As soon as the necessary materials where on hand, Earl and his crew showed up at 8 AM and went to work. All the tasks were completed to our satisfaction and Earl walked us through all the changes and how to best use the new systems. The work area was left clean and clear, and all trash removed. It wasn't cheap, but we have 20 years of experience with the value of this type of system and look forward to many more years of ample supplies of hot water from the sun.

They were prompt and completed the work as described.

Service tech arrived on time and performed all necessary work in a very professional, polite manner.

While doing the work, the worker detected a leak on valve. Estimate was sent immediately. Thank you.

We have used this company on a few projects and they were OK as I rated. There was an incident a couple of years ago where a solar professional came in, looked at the system and said he didn't have the right tools. I asked if we would be charged for this 2 minute "review" and he said no. Yet we were later charged $60 dollars for the 2 minute "look". Everything else they have provided is adequate.

The salesperson told me about their products in very general terms. I was never quite sure what they were proposing. She stated they could fit 24-27 panels on my roof. When I asked for further clarification, she told me they would send a technical person out to measure my roof. That person told me they could fit 15 or 16 panels. Yet when the sales department submitted a revised bid, it was for 24 panels. Confusing? Yes. Their map was based upon hand measurements by the person on my roof, and his drawing was pretty sloppy to say the least. The next thing I knew I received a contract to sign. There was never any discussion about the iinverter, its location, or other equipment. The contract also called for a significant up font payment and no installation until December. They also had the names on the contract misspelled. All in all it was not the most professional process. I have selected another vendor, who has impressed me throughout the entire process.

Repair person arrived on time and did the repair shortly. What I would have done differently: Researched how to repair a leak in their system. It turns out that as long as one is willing to access the unit on the roof, the repair is easily done and for far less (less than 10%) of what I paid to have it repaired. A broken tube is not replaced, simply plugged. (At least that's my inexpert opinion...but I did go on the roof and inspect the repair, then priced parts used.)

They were professional in their presentation. Their cost estimate was in the ballpark of other cost estimates, but I have not yet decided to go ahead with the project.

The service were perfect and the staff were great two man team. They were terrific quick repair in and out and the rates were fair.

I had a family emergency and could not keep my scheduled appointment. They found someone to move up to my appointment and were able to fit me in as soon as I was able to return. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and the techs were competent and friendly.

Seemed to do a good job but the supply pipes to the panels have leaked three times since the re-install. The first time was covered under warranty. The second time was 13 months (one month past the warranty.) Now they are leaking again one year later. I never had any leaks with the original install (7 years before roof replacement.)

They were very professional and the sales representatives on the telephone were very helpful and knowlegeable. They worked directly with the roof contractor to get the necassary information needed to provide the correct roofbrackets etc. After comparing price to competitors they were slightly lower than competitors, however, I primarily chose them due to the customer service, the price was just a bonus. They delivered as promised.

It went great. Good at communication, letting me know what was happening. Knew what they were doing.

Excellent, above and beyond. They even helped resolve outstanding issues that were the responsibility of the pool contractor who did not complete the job properly. The rewired our pool equipment to work properly and to code as it should have been by the original contractor, for a fair price. Our pool (which is large and deep) stayed warm all summer, and into October.

It went very well. I am very pleased with them. It was a very easy company to use and next time I have that issue I will be able to fix it myself.

Replaced glycol, workers on time, very professional. checked system, cleaned up work place area.

Aztec Solar installed my Solahart system in the mid 90's. This has been a reliable system with little maintenance. I have had a maintenance every five years with a qualified technician. They have been professional and trustworthy. The office staff are helpful because they provided me with an estimated time frame the morning of the appointment. I value this window because I hate to waste a complete day waiting for a service technician. I am glad they did their best to accommodate that time frame, but not rush my maintenance. Over the years, I have appreciated the savings. I am considering a PV system and know I will go to Aztec Solar for all my solar needs.
