+ -1 moreVery timely knowledgeable inspector came out during height of Sacto heat wave. He climbed up on roof and inspected my system. I expected to have to replace the unit at significant cost. Instead, he told me that my system was clearly wearing out, but he did not recommend replacement, until it gave out completely after making sure leak was not damaging roof or attic. He charged me nothing for his time. Rick did a great job on the roof mounted forced air HVAC system as well. He worked really well with the roofer who was replacing my roof at the same time; he redid some duct work to even out the air flow in my house, which was more than I expected for the contract price; he was very communicative every step of the way.
Description of Work: Inspected leaking heat pump system. Later replaced roof mounted forced air HVAC system; replaced some ducting; vented for two new bathroom fans.

+ -1 moreTHEY UNDERSTOOD EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. THEN THEY COMBINED IT WITH WHAT WE NEEDED. THE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM IS TO SUSTAIN OUR HEAT PUMP. THEY CALL US AND REMIND US WHEN IT IS TIME TO HAVE IT SERVICED.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A HEAT PUMP, AND GAVE US A HEATER MAINTENANCE PACKAGE.
